Posted .Hello Samsung, Very sorry to hear about the microphone issues you're experiencing with the Zone 750 Headset. If you're having trouble with the microphone on your headset, try the following:
- Make sure your headset is selected as the audio input device for your computer (see your computer's documentation for help).
- Ensure that your headset is selected as the input device in your chat application settings.
- Adjust the microphone volume on your computer or chat application.
- Verify that the microphone isn't set to Mute in either your operating system's audio settings or chat application.
NOTE: Some headsets include a mute button. Be sure your headset isn't set to Mute.
- Try connecting your headset to a different USB port on your computer.
- Connect your headset directly to a USB port on your computer, and not to a USB hub or extension.
If none of these help to fix the problem, then go to support.logi.com for live technical chat support. Hope this finds you well and that things are going better. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

Great for noisy office environments
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work in a noisy environment where many people have daily calls with our partners overseas. With all of the discussions it can be extremely hard not to get some bleed over and missed dialog. That's why I was excited to try Logitech's Zone 750 noise cancelling on the ear headset. The fit is firm enough to stay in place during lengthy calls but not so tight that they are uncomfortable. The padded earcups provide a decent amount of comfort and do provide a good bit of noise isolation. I do love that the boom will mute the mic when in the raised position (parallel with the band and not in front of the mouth) making it a very intuitive motion to mute a call. While there is a mute button on the inline control I find the sweep up mute more to my liking. The audio from the headset is crystal clear and the noise cancelling works wonders on ambient noise. I've got some hearing loss so the clarity is very welcome to my ears. The people I talk with report that there is little or no background noise coming through on their end and it is crystal clear as well. I like the included soft carrying bag, making it easy to toss into my backpack when I have to commute to the office. I also like that the native connection is USB-C but also comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter (which stows neatly in a little pouch in the carrying bag. While the price is a bit steeper than a lot of other headsets you still get a lot of value with noise cancelling features, comfort and included carrying bag.

Reversible, Light, and Clear
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I am not typically a fan of headsets that go directly on your ears, instead of over them, these are remarkably comfortable. I also love that the microphone is easily reversible, allowing me to switch it from right to left. This is important to me as I have sensitive ears, and an unbalanced headset to either side gets very uncomfortable over time, especially if I can't switch. I also love that there is an in-line volume control, which I think is a must for any wired headset. The inclusion of a USB-C adapter is also awesome, so I can use it with more devices, including my Google Pixel.

Very comfortable, very clear
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first thing I saw when I plugged these in was MS Teams telling me that it now sees a Teams-compatible headset. From there it was a simple matter of using it like everything else. The Zone 750 headset is very comfortable, with soft earpads allowing me to keep them on for extended periods. People in the call said I came through very clearly - which is really mostly what we're all looking for in a headset. Since it's a direct USB device, there are no bad connections or "you're breaking up" comments. The pads cover the ears pretty well - so much so that it was a little off-putting hearing my muffled voice. That's where the software comes in. Installing the Logi Tune software and adjusting the "Sidetone" settings, I was able to hear myself much better. I'm always in conference calls for work and this headset has held up well while still feeling comfortable. They feel sturdy, yet have a simple design.

Logitech Headphones Zone - 750
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech – Zone 750 Wired Noise Canceling Headset is a little heavy on the ears, regardless of adjustment after a while they become heavy and uncomfortable. The sound is good and the noise cancelling works. It cuts all moderate background noise, even the person on the other end of the conference call could not tell there was background noise. The microphone boom is lift to mute and comes in handy. The system comes with an adaptor for both USB -C and -A The playback when listening to audio tracks is fine. I would recommend the Zone 750 to family and friends for short term use.

Premium Work Headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great premium wired headset. The headset is setup to be used with usb c but comes equipped with a usb c to usb a dongle. The best feature is that you have two ways to mute. You can either flip up your mic to mute or use the in-line controls so you can easily mute no matter what your situation is. The in-line controls will also adjust your computers volume. This is helpful so you can quickly make an adjustment. The headset is an on ear style but it is very comfortable. The speakers are good and crisp while the mic is noise canceling and also crisp. I don’t wear head sets all day but I could definitely use this for a 2 hour meeting with no complaints. I recommend downloading logictechs free software to make your own refined adjustments. The software allows you to have control on how you sound when you are talking. This is helpful if you tired of sounding out of whack during conference calls.

Very Nice Headset for Professionals
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech Zone 750 Wired Noise Canceling Over-Ear Headset is a very nice headset for use in a home office or professional office setting. My headset was matte black and felt slightly above average in built quality. I would say my head is on the larger side and the headband felt comfortable on the top of my head for many hours and the earcups did not press noticeably on my eyeglasses. It utilizes a plastic boom mic that is very flexible, reversible, and can be swung up by the headband for muting purposes. The mic does provide noise-cancellation that seems to work well based on feedback. The earcups contain 40mm drivers with memory foam that could be a little more generous to provide a more firm cushion. This is a wired headset that comes with a cord that is just over 6 feet long. It can connect to USB C ports by default, and comes with an adaptor to let it connect to USB A ports. There is no 3.5mm jack capability. All of the physical sound and call controls are located on a module about 20 inches from the headset. On the module are buttons for volume up and down on the side, with buttons for mute, answering and ending calls, and play/pause music. The center answering button sticks out a little further so that fingers can find the correct buttons on the module without looking which is a nice touch. There is an app called the Logi Tune app which allows the user to adjust the sound equalization and provides sidetone control so that you can hear how loud you sound when using the mic. I used it with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for work, and the setup was easy. My home office can have some pretty loud background noise at times but nobody I didn't notice it being picked up by those applications. I do wish the earcups were larger to help seal more outside noise out from my ears. The cups were about the size of my ears and formed a seal by pushing in more than going around my ears. The sound quality was very nice with good bass and good voice acoustics on both office applications, phone calls, and music. Logitech is known for quality, and these feel like a solid entry in the professional headset space. I would recommend for any professional, and even for general computer or phone use.

Great option for conferencing in busy areas
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech is delivering the right headphone technology for those times of video conferencing meetings. These Logitech Zone 750 headphones have more than met my expectations, a great brand identified with quality, the headphones, are basically delivering a professional sound for a work environment where the need to focus on your call and being abstracted from the surroundings is important. When you are working in your house or an open space office, there are great, new/unique features that you are going to enjoy from this model: The Mic is amazing and the great asset of this model. When you are reading in the specs, noise-canceling mic, you basically should imagine a mic that focuses only on your voice and ignore all potential noise around you. Your interlocutor is totally unaware that you could be sitting with a coworker or in your house with your kids playing around. The sound delivered into your ears is great! Your calls are clearly delivered with a very clean quality and the music, for your chilling times, is also nice. The headphones are ready for any of your laptop USB ports models with a UBS-C connector and a USB-C/USB-A adapter. I love the control in the wire to manage the basic functions of your call: volume, mute and answer the call. I found myself that sometimes, with the easy access to the control I can pick the calls (or mutting my voice) faster than with the mouse and clicking in the call. I use windows as my OS but they are mac and google compatible. For the times, when I commute to the office I appreciate the included bag to keep the wires under control in the laptop bag. Personally one of the items that I used the less is the Logitech app. Probably because my use has been for calls. In my few usages for music, I found that the app could provide preset profiles to adjust your sound delivery. In my week of the test, I observe that the materials used for the headphones seem to be of quite decent quality. The headband has been keeping its profile despite some intensive usage. If you are planning to work from home with the family around you. Those are a must to have.

Really good headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve used several different headphones, earphones, conference speakers and the like, but the problem I always had with them for my intended purposes is battery life and Bluetooth connections. I love the ease of use for Bluetooth headphones, but unfortunately my office limits what I can connect to my work laptop and most of the time that refers to app downloads to customize the devices. Although it may seem like going back in time, these wires headphones are pretty awesome. The cord is very long, which is perfect for me since my home laptop is placed behind my dual monitors on a small credenza. I don’t have to undock my device in order to use a headset for a virtual meeting. It has an inline remote that controls volume, answer/cancel call and mute. I don’t really need this thing to be high tech, I just need it to work well and connect easily. I’ve also used this to connect to my iPad for Microsoft Teams and Skype meetings using its usb-c connection. It also comes with an adapter for usb-a connections and a handy carry bag that stores it all. The sound quality is above average and the noise cancelling my use, worked extremely well. I did notice there would be some distortion at times that was noticeable on both ends of a call. I’m not sure what it derived from but it was so intermittent, that it didn’t really bother me. I really like this headset and has replaced another Logitech model that I was using, but didn’t have nearly the quality of this one. Try it out, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Perfect alternative to bluetooth interference
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Occasionally my bluetooth earbuds get interference and everyone on the meeting gets to piece together my sentences with every other word cutting out. -- That's where the Logitech Zone 750 saves the day. The USB-C cord is long enough that you can stand up, stretch, and lean back without your laptop flying off the desk. The built-in mute button is excellent because it let's you multitask without fumbling for the in-meeting mute button when you're asked a question. The mic is clear and drowns out background noise well. The headset isn't perfect though. I wish the audio was louder (it would probably seem louder with a cupped ear design). After an hour+, it's uncomfortable on the ears. Meetings of this duration are equally painful to the mind so maybe one exacerbates the other? Logitech included a nice storage bag, and the headset itself is well-constructed with an adjustable headband and what seems like an alloy frame. If you don't already own a wired headset for calls/meetings, I recommend the Zone 750. The mic is much better than your laptop mics, and you reduce the audio issues that sometimes occur with Bluetooth headsets. On my wish list for the next version is the option to use it both wired and wirelessly.
