The noise cancellation feature works on earphones when no audio is playing, as soon as the audio starts playing or you talk to someone on phone, the noise seems to come back. For anyone looking for economic wireless headphones, they are really good. But for anyone bent on noise cancellation feature, they are not the best.

When I barely purchased the item it was awesome and worked extremely well. I loved it. Especially the fact that it would connect to my work computer and cell all together. I tried using the wireless headset once again after leaving them alone for 8 months but now I can hear a ringing nose and the battery doesn’t last as long as before. Not to mention they disconnect if not being used, like what?

This has made working form home so much better. Excellent range and sound quality. Battery life is excellent, and I love the mute control.

4 stars only because the info on setup is lacking. Still haven’t figured out how to use the unifying capabilities. Sound is very good ad it works well with Dragon Medical dictation software. Very pleased with the battery life and the auto muting when moving the mic up. Really nice not having a cord to deal with. Overall very pleased! Wireless range is very good.

A bit over priced but decent headset. The pressure from wearing it too long can be pain.

Very good product. Much better than the cheaper Bluetooth headsets. Easy to use. Free App allows for customization that others don’t have.

I was looking for a good noise cancelling microphone and a comfortable headset to wear while working. The noise cancelling microphone I would give 2 stars. Headphone comfort 4 stars. Sound quality is 4 stars. The ease of the buttons 4 stars. Battery life is great, I have used them with Microsoft Teams for 7 hours in one day and still had battery power left.

I have tried several wireless headsets to use for working from home. This is the only one that has great quality. Others can hear me clearly while I am on a zoom call or in a teams meetings. Any other wireless headset I tried had really bad issues and people on the calls could not hear me. Also I can use this for an entire work shift and the battery still lasts.

Noise canceling is not a good idea when you use the headset talking to customers on the phone all day. The feature works well but not hearing yourself clearly is a problem. Also, it is tight on the ears and get uncomfortable when used for eight plus hours non-stop. Best Buy return policy made it easy to return.

Calls are crystal clear and I don’t hear any complaints on the other end about sounding like a robot like with most headsets. I work from home so I am on them all of the time and the charge last all day and the headset tells you how many hours you have left to talk. They connect with the push of a button after the initial set up which was super easy. The app was easy to download.

Love this headset! I work from home for a call center and this thing never dies! It tells you how many hours is remaining when you turn it on. It has very good range so I can walk around the house without every dropping calls and the mute is very easy to use by just flipping the mic up. It can get uncomfortable at times wearing it all day because it does fit tightly.

I love the ability to move about with this head set. It is late and comfortable.

The headphones work well and they are comfortable for the most part. There are small blips in the reception I notice during conference calls. I wear glasses and after long periods of use, the headphones can squeeze around the ears. Overall great headphones with good sound.

Not bad. Good sound quality and construction. Only two negatives. 1-it is definitely an “on the ear” and not an over the ear and after a few hours it leaves your ears soar. 2-a bit less battery life than expected. Maybe 6 hours.

I like the fact that you do not have to use the included dongle if you have integrated Bluetooth. The voice sound quality is pretty good. For over all audio the quality is ok. They are comfortable to wear.
