These are pretty decent headphones. The noise canceling isn't the best but does a pretty good job. Not the most comfortable as they tend to hurt my ears after a few hours.

Skip the 800 series headset and get this one. Much better!

This headset is primarily intended as a wireless communication device and as such it performs well. There are several aspects that are important to look at: performance, comfortability and features. This is a very useful product for those who work from home and have to attend regular online video meetings. Computer or webcam’s microphone usually makes our voice less clear and distant. This headset should give you a more consistent voice that should perform better than a stand-alone external microphone. The headset can be connected through Bluetooth and wireless protocol through USB-A or USB-C connection. The Bluetooth connection supports multi devices, which are pretty much the standard these days. The wireless range is good for 100 feet, however, it is very much conditional to wireless signal saturation and obstacles such as wall. The biggest selling point of this product is its microphone technology. The microphone is a dual MEMS mic array, able to pick up your voice and greatly reduce ambient sounds. Unlike a typical Bluetooth headset that places the microphone on the earcup so it is placed near your ear, this headset should perform better because the microphone is positioned much closer to your mouth. Afterall this product is primarily intended as a communication device. The result is clearer and more natural voice that the receiving party would hear. The headset also supports ANC, which helps in isolating background noise so you can zoom in to your conversation or the music you are listening to. Wearing this headset in an online video meeting leaves a more professional impression. The design is elegant enough, not like some cheap headset because it has a pronounced business look. The headset is foldable and Logitech included a simple carrying pouch to store it. Wearing the headset should be comfortable enough and feel natural for most users, though admittedly this can be very subjective. The earcups is easily adjustable and you can swivel the microphone so you can place it on the left or right side of your mouth. Muting voice is very easy, all you got to do is flipping the microphone up, which is a very useful and convenient feature. If you so choose, you can listen to how your voice is heard by the receiving party (sidetone) and you can adjust this feature through the Logi Tune app, which is available for PC, Mac, iOS and Android user. The battery lasts very long, rated at about 14 hours so you can have an extended online video meeting for hours that I have no interest in verifying it because I have never been in a meeting that long. In terms of features, it packs a punch. There’s ANC and long-lasting battery that I have mentioned earlier, sidetone, and even wireless Qi charging. Its biggest feature is versatility: you can use the headset for online gaming, listening to music or multimedia contents from your gadgets. I would strongly suggest adult supervision if this product is used by children for online gaming like playing Fortnite because we cannot monitor the audio and continuous high audio volume in the long run can impair children’s hearing. Overall, an impressive product by Logitech.

I love the lightweight headset made by Logitech. The headset has a USB dongle, so you do not have to connect via Bluetooth. Just plug the USB dongle in and you are ready to rock and roll. My issue - The Bluetooth range is supposedly 100 ft. The issue is that as soon as you step out of the room you lose immediate connection. For me, that isn't going to work as I have the Astro A50s which I can walk all around the apartment. I just wanted to have a more professional-looking headset for video conferencing but had to return it due to the lack of Bluetooth range (walls).

I had to return them because the hurt my ears. They were great except for that. I wish they were made more comfortable because i really liked them. But having to be on the phone for 8 hours i cant have my ears hurting all day and they did. I thought wearing them for 2 weeks would have broke them in but that did not happen. I went back and bought the logitech 800 headset and i am so much more comfortable. I am losing out on alot that this headset came with but comfort is more important and it does the job for what i do for work. Maybe i hope logitech can make another heaset like it with more comfortable ear padding.

The sound quality and mic are great. Love that you can flip up the mic to go on mute. Only issue is that the mic picks up EVERYTHING! Including kids 2 rooms away

Unfortunately these headphones did not function as expected. Target audience could not hear/understand me. Adjustments did not improve. I returned product - which was very easy to do.

It didn’t work for calls that is mainly what I need it for, it was great for meetings, easy to set up and comfortable, I will return it.

This are good headphones. The only thing is buy the warranty since they do break before the year is up. However best buy replaced them the same day.

Great hands free headset for use in home office. Good range for use. Holds a decent charge but often will not last a full work day if used all day.

It works really good with Teams. If you are using it qith Zoom i would skip this item. It did not worked well with Zoom. But amazing product and i am very happy with this

Genuinely amazing. Works perfectly in every way. The only issue I ever have is a slight irritation on my ear lobes. But that's my fault due to wearing them too long. So go get em and slap em on chief

Got these for my wife for home office and so far shes been happy with them. The only thing she mentioned is when she raises the mic it says muting and drowns out her conference calls

Love love love this headset. Audio quality is really good. Do wish the battery life was a bit longer but charging is fast and convenient. The companion app allows various settings to the audio.

These headphones are excellent for working from home and having to be on teams meetings all day! The mic automatically mutes when it is in the up position which is a nice feature!

The product performance has been very good overall. Not the best experience on the market but for the price point the value is there.

I absolutely love this. The noise reduction makes it awesome when I want to walk around the house and listen to meetings that don’t require my face.
