The Logitech Zone 950 is built for comfort and clarity.
Weighing in at only 0.51 lbs it's hardly noticeable when wearing it. The ear cuffs are made from a breathable material to keep the air circulating around your ears so that your ears don't sweat as easily Your ears also don't get sore listening for long durations like what happens with other headsets that block air and noise from crossing back and forth through the headset ear cuffs.
The boom mic can rotate about a full 180 degrees, allowing you to use the mic on either side of your head. There are actually 4 noise-cancelling mics in the unit. Logitech took it another couple steps further with Ai noise suppression and 2 levels of ANC features to make sure you get the cleanest sound possible not only for you, but also for the person on the other side of the call or chat.
These features work great at reducing background noises at different volumes and distances. However, loud close noises are difficult to isolate out, as I'm sure the Ai would think these noises were supposed to be there. As long as you can do something to put a little distance between yourself and the other noises either physically or audibly the headset will do it's best to try to phase these sounds out. You can control how aggressive this is with the ANC button.
You can set it for off, low and high Active Noise Cancellation.
The 40mm speakers sound amazingly clear during calls and very immersive when listening to music. The default EQ auto adjusts to the type of audio being used, whether it's for chat or music.
Through the app, you can manually change the EQ and the profiles to suit your specific preferences.
The headset covers almost all the ways to connect to virtually any source. The headset itself has Bluetooth - so it can connect directly to any other Bluetooth device. It also has a dongle that supports both regular USB and USB C devices. I hooked it up directly to my phone, and then used the dongle to swap over to my PS5 and then back to my PC.
The mic worked great on all the devices.
It's so convenient to be able to use the same quality headset virtually everywhere you go.
This headset is marketed for business calls but it easily fits so many more applications.
On the PC it worked great with any calling or meeting software. People in the meetings could hear me much better over the default PC mic, and I could hear everyone else great, even with my kids and our pets doing their usual routines.
I no longer have to stress as much thinking how unprofessional it sounds to work from home, now that those background noises are much more limited.
The volume controls are super easy to use by just sliding your finger up or down on the outside ear cuff without the mic.
The mic mutes with either a quick raise of the boom, or by removing the headset and putting it down ( activate this feature in the app settings ). No need to fumble around looking for a button.
I didn't officially test the 170ft wireless distance promised by Logitech, but I was able to roam my house with ease and keep a solid connection upstairs and in the basement.
Amazingly this lightweight headset can last all day before needing to be charged.
It boasts 12 to 18hours of talk time, depending on the ANC and clarity settings. Which seems to be pretty accurate so far. If you are only interested in listening to audio you can squeeze out an impressive 40hrs out of these with the right settings and reduced features.
Either way you should be able to go all day doing what you need to before plugging these in.
Overall these sound amazing, and are great for work and play (no need to carry 2 separate headsets ). They are very comfortable around the ears, and last all day. Plus it even has replaceable parts, so if anything breaks it can easily be fixed. My only concern is the headband, it is adjustable but seems to lack a solid grip around my head. If I try to pickup something or turn my head quick, I feel the headset slide. It's easy to just hold in place, but I'd prefer a tighter grip possibly ??? Although that might make my hair look flattened out. So I guess the plusses with the strap being lightweight and not as flattening on my hair outweigh the tighter grip. 😁

High quality Bluetooth headset

As the world adapts to hybrid and remote workstyles the need for a quality headset has never been more apparent. I personally take meetings on the train, in the car, in a busy office, and sometimes in the comfort of my home. When looking for a headset it must have a few things comfort, long battery life, and a quality microphone. Having a quality headset can mean the difference between looking like a professional or a fool in a meeting.
Before this headset I was using its predecessor. I have always been a huge fan of Logitech because I believe they make high quality products that last. At first when I unboxed this headset It seemed like it was quite large. Once I put the headset on that was an afterthought. Not only is this headset made from premium materials, but it is also light weight and very comfortable. The other day I had a 3-hour long meeting, and I did not even think about wanting to take off my headset because of how
comfortable it was. Included in the box is a carrying case that can hold the headset along with all the included accessories. One bonus is that they fold flat and so it can easily be put into a backpack, bag, or purse. Another reason I have always been a Logitech fan is they include everything you need in the box. These are Bluetooth but if you prefer to use them with a wireless dongle, a USB-C dongle is included. If your computer does not have USB-C they even include a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
The only issue I had with the headset was connecting it with my video conferencing software. I think this is more of an issue with the software or computer than the headset and once I got all my settings correct, I have not had any issues sense. They are rated for 18 hours of talk time and honestly that lasts me all week only using them a few hours a day. I believe that has plenty of battery life. Logitech claims they have a wireless range of 170 ft, although I do not know the exact distance, I can confirm they give you the freedom to walk around your house/ office without being tied to your computer, which is a major win.
The last two things I would like to discuss are the noise cancellation and the microphone quality. The noise cancelling in these is better than any other on ear headphone I have ever used. It is even close to some over ear headphones on the market. This is most beneficial working in a loud open office space. There is also a pass-through mode that allows you to be aware of your surroundings while still listening to the headset. The microphone uses built in AI to cancel out background noise. Possibly the loudest place I have had to take meetings is on the train and all of the people I asked could not even tell I was on a train.
I believe this is one of the best Bluetooth headsets on the market for business professionals. When I go on business trips, I usually take my gaming computer and having this headset means I can also use it while gaming on the go. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for the best and most versatile Bluetooth headset on the market.

Logitech has made wonderful computer and mobile accessories for many years and this is another great example of their innovation and quality. While it’s not cheap, it’s by far the nicest on-ear headset that I’ve used and well worth the price of admission.
To me, there are two important qualities in a headset above all - it should be comfortable to wear and it should have great sound both on the speakers and microphone. This Zone 950 headset checks both of those boxes with flying colors. It’s lightweight and has a great range of fit - I have a larger head and it fits my head easily where most headsets are too small even on their largest settings. The ear pads are comfortable and overall it’s easy to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is great to listen to - I’ve tried it with both calls/spoken word and music content of various sorts and everything is clear and sounds just like it should (they’re still headphones, so you won’t get booming bass, but there’s good range and solid reproduction of sound across the range with no noticeable distortion). I haven’t tried the app yet, but it seems you can adjust the sound there - though it comes out of the box sounding great to me! The active noise cancellation works well at both levels (you can also turn it off) and does well at isolating you from outside sounds. The microphone picks up my voice well in recordings and the noise suppression there works like it should so no background noise interferes!
The headset is also easy to use as it can pair via Bluetooth with mobile devices OR working using a small USB-C dongle (a USB-A adapter is also included) connecting via 2.4Ghz. Both methods work well with no notable lag and I love the dongle connection since that’s instant without having to pair anything (you can also quickly use the headset with multiple devices by moving the dongle around without having to re-pair, which is huge). The battery is easy to charge over USB-C and seems to last quite a long time! You get a cloth carrying bag that zips which is a nice touch to keep the headset clean and the dongle safely within reach.
All in all, I think this is a fine headset, one of (if not the) best I’ve ever used. So if you’re looking for a new on-ear style headset for your PC or mobile experience, certainly give this one a try - you won’t regret it!

I really like this headset. Got this for the numerous conference calls I have for my work.
Fit - this are a nice fit and comfortable. The ear pads are plush and sit against your ear. They don't seem to get hot or sweaty like over the ear phones do. The band across the head is light and for me did not have any pressure. I did find issue with the mic boom. Its a curved arm that has no adjustment beyond the ability to raise/lower. I thought this was a bit to close to my mouth. No one has commented that I was breathing into the mic though.
Sound Quality - the sound is good and clear. I do love the intial update on power that tells you battery remaining and ANC status. Overall it was loud and I didn't have any issues with this. Mic pickup was nice and no complaints on volume from my audience. ANC was a bit weird at first, i played with settings and found a comfortable level for my liking. All depends on your option of noise cancelation. I still like to have some ambient sound and hear my voice when i talk.
Charging lasted an entire week+ and i take several calls a day, each lasting about 1hour. The only way to charge is a USB-C cable. There appear to be some contact points on the right ear that may help with a charge base but that was not included in the box.
Setup - just had to plug in the USB dongle and it auto connected. No issues here, nice and easy. Although the dongle was a bit on the large side IMO. I do like the indicator light though.

The Zone 950 wireless headset from Logitech is lightweight, super comfortable, and places just enough pressure on your ears/head so it doesn't feel like they're going to fall off.
I especially like the ability to connect via Bluetooth and/or the USB dongle, allowing me to switch between my cell phone or my office headset easily. With a range up to 170 feet, there's plenty of range to move around while on the phone. The microphone swivels allowing you to place it on either the right, or left side - whichever you prefer. Simply twist it up/out of the way to mute.
The noise-cancelling feature literally blocks out everything in the room so well you can almost hear yourself think! A simple push of a button returns them to "transparency mode" where background noise is present, but not very noticeable. The use of AI noise suppression and four noise-cancelling microphones can eliminate background noise on both ends of a call.
With the use of the Logitech App, I can customize my listening preferences with a simple tone test. You can then switch between the Personal EQ and standard to hear the difference. And...they sound great with music!
The Zone 950 are lightweight and the ear cups are breathable, so wearing them is actually comfortable! They charge quickly and last up to eighteen hours so there's no need to plug in every night to recharge.

If I could give 6 stars I would. These are darn near perfect. Everything you could want in a headset is here.
They are comfortable.
The mic is perfect, crystal clear.
The sound is flawless.
Control the volume by sliding your finger up or down the earpiece opposite the mic side.
Ambidextrous, I love having the mic on my left hand side.
ANC (active noise cancelling) is spot on perfect, you don't drown out everything completely which keeps me from feeling like I am speaking in a tunnel.
The mic only picks up your voice, not surrounding sounds, AKA dogs barking.
Build quality is top of the line.
Fit is not too tight not too loose.
Auto mute, that is announced to you, by rotating the mic up.
I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I can't find a flaw with these headphones.
You have two modes you can connect. The dongle which gives you better range. Bluetooth that gives you multiple connections. These work great with Android phones on BT and I use the dongle with Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
I am just in awe of how good and comfortable these are. Easy to go through hours of meetings without even noticing them there. Lightweight and comfortable with perfect sound. Can't get better than that.

The Logitech Zone 950 headset is an impressive upgrade from the previous version of Logitech's Zone 900 business headset. From a features standpoint, the Zone 950 retains many of the features that I loved about the previous version, while improving a few key points that I was less happy with.
Out of the box, the Zone 950 comes with the required trimmings for a 2023 product. A USB-C charging cable is included along with a USB-C dongle, and a cool little USB-A adapter that is form-fitted for both the dongle and cable to make them feel more sturdy when using the dongle. I for one welcome the trend to have more accessories go USB-C as now my work and personal laptops have more USB-C/TB4 ports than USB-A and all of the docking stations I use have an empty USB-C port ready to use for stuff like this. Also included is a zip up bag (with a handy little pouch for the dongle).
In use, the first thing that I noticed with the 950 is the absolutely amazing active noise cancelling on this headset. Seriously, this is an "on-ear" headset (with notably comfy pads that sit on your ears) so it doesn't perfectly seal you off from the outside world - it just has amazing electronic trickery to reject the droning conversations and air conditioning sounds you hear at an office. I love it for that. It also seems to have good rejection of outside audio on the microphone, without me needing to adjust the settings in Zoom or Webex where the software noise rejection has caused me to sound like a robot with other headsets I've used. When using the dongle, the flip-to-mute on the microphone automatically mutes your audio in the Zoom and Webex apps which is quite nice so you don't have to click an extra button to tell your coworkers that you're muted.
Fortunately I'm able to use the Logi Tune app with my work computer, and it's a worthwhile app especially if you have a Logi webcam since it can configure multiple Logi accessories. I appreciate being able to customize the ANC button. I left the ANC settings at the default (button can select either ANC "High" or Transparency mode), but you can also have it cycle through ANC "Low" and ANC off with the button.
I'm fortunate that my meetings this week haven't featured any other parties with noisy backgrounds of their own, but a highlighted feature of this headset is the noise rejection capability for the -other- side of your calls. I've used similar tech in the past and found it to be pretty cool. This eliminates the need for other third party apps or GPU drivers that might be hard to approve in a corporate setting, so it's cool to see here.
The only 'negatives' I have for the Zone 950 are mainly nit-picking ones. The Zone 950 doesn't have wireless charging like the Zone 900, which was a feature I used heavily with a previous job/desk setup, but I can no longer use at my current job that uses hoteling so I don't have an assigned desk. Here I'm hoping the longer battery life on the 950 makes it even less of a hassle to charge at work. The Zone 950 also doesn't fold up the same way as the 900, but it's kind of break even on that point as it now can rotate the ear cups to get "flatter" if not actually smaller than the 900. In my bag either configuration works. And finally, this is a purely voice communications oriented headset so music quality is not great. I used to think this was a bigger deal, but now I've found that using wireless earbuds at the office is a better way to signal to my co-workers that I'm just listening to music rather than in a meeting, so I just use my voice comm headset for its purpose and the Zone 950 will have no problem with that.
The Zone 950 is definitely a premium headset from a pricing perspective and the features and quality live up to the price. Logitech should be commended for upgrading the headset in quite a few ways instead of just iterating on the old design. Highly recommended from me.

These are pefect, if you work at home, or even at the office take a lot of calls and/or listen to music in conjunction with calls, you'll love these!
First of all, they are super light weight and the on ear design combined with the materials Logitech used make them incredibly comfortable to wear for extended periods and for me don't sweat my ears or make them hurt as other headphones sometimes tend to do. Until now, I usually would find myself gravitating back to my Samsung ear buds which are great but definitely lack in areas that these headphones excel in.
One of those areas is the call quality and the noise cancellation for both your side and the callers side where they do a great job filtering out background noise so it's easier to hear/listen to conference calls and meetings or just one to one phone calls. Also, unlike earbuds you don't get that tunnel effect when you talk which is essential to me for long term wear/comfort.
Another area is battery life, these simply outperform any earbud on the market so there's just no comparison in that regard. You can literally go all day with these listening to music, taking calls or meetings and they don't run dead, wow!
Audio quality is great and the EQ settings on the App and on your PC do let you fine tune the EQ and ANC features to your preference.
They offer great flexibility in terms of what device(s) you can use them with where you can use them on your computer with the dongle and take Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings/calls and then switch easily to the Bluetooth on your phone. They roam seamlessly between devices so I'd say this is another feature that makes these just all around better than ear buds or gaming headphones which I see a lot of people use for meetings/calls. The advantage these have is that they are designed for this flexibility and as a result are just better for this use case.
In all, I'd absolutely recommend grabbing these if you work from home, or work an in office where you take calls/meetings. You'll be surprised how superior these are to a set of gaming headphones as Logitech definitely paid close attention to what is most important for hours of long use for meetings/calls and having the flexibility to use them with your phone and music. Very impressed!

I have been tied to my desk for quite some time with a very nice communication device. While it is nice having something that just sits on the desk, it doesn't allow for mobility during meetings. This Logitech Zone 950 has given me the freedom to move about during meetings with some very nice features for business.
I have tested the headset with both Zoom and Microsoft Teams and it works very well with both platforms. I have used other products in the past and the range wasn't great. This headset has quite the range, allowing me to use it from any room on my main floor. I used the supplied USB-C dongle. I even took it into my garage and the sound was crystal clear. It did finally break up after moving a considerable distance from my laptop.
The noise canceling quality is important since I have dogs. It is common for parcel deliveries or people walking by my house during meetings. I am always concerned that I might forget to mute the microphone when my dogs are barking. I have been told that this filters out even the loudest of barking during my meetings. It is very handy that lifting the microphone also mutes the headset.
The headset is extremely comfortable, even for long meetings. I didn't experience any discomfort whatsoever during a very long meeting. The ear pads are very light.
Logitech quality is always outstanding and this headset is no exception. It includes a nice carrying case for portability. Charging is fast and the battery lasts a long time between charges.

I've been testing a number of headsets for work. I couldn't find an in-ear solution that I liked and the over the ear version that only covers one ear isn't getting the job done. I may have finally met my match with the Zone 950's.
Battery Life (5/5):
Let's kick things off with the impressive battery life. It's like a never-ending energy source, allowing me to enjoy it all day without fretting over charging. Whether it's long meetings, music marathons, or everything in between, this headset has got the stamina to keep up.
Noise Cancelling (5/5):
When it comes to noise-cancelling, this headset excels. It transports you to a haven of tranquility, no matter where you are. It masterfully eliminates external distractions, creating a serene audio environment that's ideal for both work and relaxation.
Audio Quality (5/5):
The audio quality is, in a word, exceptional. Every note, every word, every sound is delivered with impressive clarity and precision. Whether I'm grooving to my favorite tunes or having important business calls, the sound is crisp, clear, and perfectly balanced.
Mobile App (5/5):
The mobile app adds an extra layer of versatility. It's easy to use and allows me to fine-tune settings for a personalized audio experience, ensuring that it's just right, every time.
Meetings and Calls (5/5):
This is where the Logitech Zone 950 truly stands out. Whether it's Teams calls or Zoom meetings, this headset is a communication wizard. The microphone is incredibly clear, ensuring that my voice comes through loudly and clearly, even in noisy environments. On the other side of the call, the noise-cancelling ensures that I hear others with remarkable clarity, ensuring that no crucial detail gets lost. Be it work-related discussions, webinars, or catching up with friends and family, this headset makes every call crystal clear and engaging.
Connectivity (5/5):
And the icing on the cake is its seamless connection between my Windows 11 PC and iPhone. Switching between devices is a breeze, offering me a versatile experience for both work and leisure.
The Logitech Zone 950 has left me genuinely impressed. It excels in every aspect that counts. From its remarkable battery life, top-notch noise-cancelling capabilities, and impeccable audio quality to the user-friendly mobile app and effortless device switching, it's the complete package. Whether you're a professional, an audiophile, or both, this headset is a solid choice, especially for Teams and Zoom calls. It has genuinely elevated my audio experience, and I'm confident it'll do the same for you.

The Logitech Zone 950 Wireless Headset is a fantastic headset with active noise cancelling that offers several ways to connect to a device. Out of the box, there is the headset, USB-C receiver, USB-A adapter (which accepts the USB-C receiver), USB-C charging cable (59 inch length), a travel bag, and documentation. The headset is the traditional matte dark gray that will be familiar to any Logitech product user. It feels sturdy enough, with metal used in the decoration ring and temple extension, and weighs around a half pound. The headset is designed to be worn facing either way depending on the preference of the mic boom being on the left or right. The mic boom is flip-to-mute, and there is a mute push button on the boom itself. The earcup with the mic boom has buttons for call controls, active noise cancelling modes, the USB-C charging port, and the power/Bluetooth pairing button. The other earcup has smart touch controls for volume and music that can either be tapped or swiped. The ear cushions are breathable, provide a good alternative for users that don't like earbuds or full cups, and can sense if you take them off so that music will automatically pause. The headset is certified for Zoom, Google Meet, Google Voice, and Fast Pair, and works with Windows, macOS, Chromebooks, and iOS/Android devices via USB-A, USB-C, and Bluetooth. The headset can connect to multiple devices at once so that the user can be connected to an app but also take calls. I would highly recommend downloading the Logi Tune app and connecting the headset so that the full suite of features can be controlled and customized, and sound can be equalized. The active noise cancelling, for example, can be set to low, high, off, or hybrid depending on what is desired. I work from home with pets that can cause various levels of noise behind me so I used the hybrid level which seemed to work well when they would suddenly start playing with a loud toy or start to bark. There are also 4 noise cancelling microphones that prevent loud background noises from coming through the mic. The Zone 950 also has a feature called Advanced Call Clarity that helped quiet the loud background noise coming from some people, as if they were utilizing voice clarity technology. I thought that these features all working together provided an excellent benefit: your voice is being heard as clearly as possible while you are also hearing others as clearly as possible by not hearing your own background noise or theirs. I asked for feedback on my voice and heard feedback that my voice was coming through Zoom more clearly with the Zone 950 than it was before. There is a Transparency mode, too, so that a user can hear outside noise while continuing to wear the headset. I wouldn't call this headset great for listening to music, although it did that well enough. The drivers are 40mm and sound better than I thought a work headset would. I tinkered with the EQ setting in Logi Tune and that helped for music. I loved the touch controls on the side of the non-mic ear cup. Whether it is earbuds or other headsets, push button controls often are either uncomfortable or awkward, so this was a great solution. The Zone 950 held a charge for about 17 hours for me, but that will change depending on how much the active noise cancelling is used. I liked that there was a quick charge feature which provides an hour of use after 5 minutes of charging, which is perfect for when you forget to charge before a meeting. Overall, I really liked the Logitech 950. It has useful features that work well with a sturdy feel that should help the unit to last for a while. I would recommend for work or school purposes, less so for gaming or audiophiles.

We're back in the office and private workspaces have become public due to consolidation and space requirements. That means lots of background noise that makes it difficult to concentrate. I used wireless buds for a while, but they don't last long and noise cancelling doesn't go that far. I needed something more professional, and these Zone 950 from Logitech fit the need.
Putting them on the first time felt like I was putting a cloud on my ears, the ear cups are so soft and comfortable. The boom mic is not too short like a lot of others I've seen. Noise cancelling works very well to both suppress ambient noise and filter the sound on the mic so only my voice is heard. The transparent setting is great when background noise is minimal, and you want to hear if someone needs your attention. I like the app features that allow you to auto mute and/or auto answer just by putting down or picking up the headphones respectively. The app also allows you to monitor noise levels in the call up to 85db and activate anti-startle protection preventing sudden high pitched noise. The option to mute the mic by lifting or lowering the boom is more secure than pressing the mute button on screen as sometimes it doesn't mute. Sound quality is excellent and less people ask me to repeat myself on call.
If I had anything negative to say, it might be that it only connects to 2 devices wirelessly. Fortunately, the included usb-c dongle with usb-a adapter, ensures you won't have to waste one of those connections on the laptop. The only other thing I would've liked to protect my investment, is if it came with a hard travel case instead of the soft pouch included. These are the best quality headphones I've found with such useful features.

The Logitech zone 950 wireless headset has been a great addition to my office set up. It is easy to use, comfortable, and has great sound and microphone.
Out of the box, set up is as easy as plugging the usb dongle into the computer, and turning on the headset. It does come with a user guide for instruction. The headset does use a usb-c plug to charge and I did put in on the charger for about an hour before first using.
The headset it well built and feels solid. It has comfortable ear cushions and am able to wear it for several hours at a time. I like that it has a mute button on the side of the mic boom, and a voice will tell you when you mute or unmute the mic. It will also tell you when the headset is on or off.
I primarly use the headset during teams meetings and through the computers phone software. It is easy to pick up and end calls, and seems nobody has any trouble hearing or understanding me on call clarity.
The headset also has a feature for active noise canceling, so it is easier to concentrate if you are trying to listen and your co workers or family are being noisy. Unfortunately it does not filter the mic so if you are on a call, the other end can hear your background noise.
If you are wanting to travel with them, they do come with a nice carrying bag so you can put them in your work bag or briefcase and keep them somewhat protected.
Overall, this is a great headset to use for your office work. Stongly recommend!
I'm glad I made the switch to this headset. I have been able to walk around the office and also when I work from home with out issue.

The Logitech - Zone 950 Wireless Active Noise-Canceling On-Ear Headset is my new favorite for on-line meetings that I’m in for several hours per day working from home. They feel solid/quality built, yet lightweight enough, super comfortable and the sound and microphone are crystal clear. Thanks to the multi-point connectivity and the included RF-dongle, they paired quickly with both my work laptop and my personal phone via Bluetooth. It comes with 4 noise canceling mics and Hybrid Active Noise-Canceling which will satisfy a variety of conversation scenarios providing 4 different ANC modes: ANC high, ANC low, transparency on, ANC and transparency off. The Logi Tune App will allow you to fine-tune all settings and install firmware updates. Unfortunately my work laptop is all locked down and did not allow me to install it, but I can use the App on my personal Android phone which is just as good.
My most favorite feature is the flip-up-mic to mute that’s very convenient and intuitive. In terms of battery life, I’ve gotten about 14 hours of meetings with Active Noise Canceling on high, and I also got to try the 5-minute fast charge that gave it battery life for another hour. The USB-C charging cable is about 5ft long which is very generous and comes in handy for connecting/charging other devices as well. A cloth carrying/protective pouch is also included which helps keep them dust-free over the weekend or while traveling.
Overall, this is a very comfortable, well built headset, with impeccable sound quality for work and occasional play and would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

The Best Headset... that I cannot fully recommend.

This headset has great sound quality, similar to a standard set for music connoisseurs (although not quite on that level), and I was especially impressed with the noise canceling ability. The first time I placed them on my head, I couldn't hear ANY of the ambient noise around me, except for my own heartbeat in the silence. Bluetooth connectivity was very simple, quick, and intuitive, and the microphone seemed to be clear, from what I was told by MOST people I spoke with using these.
The only issue I have with these headphones is that there does not appear to be an audio notification when the battery is low, and this caused quite a bit of confusion during a conversation I was having with these connected over bluetooth. The person I was speaking to began to periodically say they could not hear me, although I could hear them fine. Since I could hear them, we both assumed that it was their device malfunctioning, but once my voice apparently could not be heard for an extended time, I ended up having to disconnect the headset from my phone and speak though my phone directly. Later I saw that the low battery indicator light was on, and so I charged it up. They worked fine once they were fully charged. My biggest issue here is that this could cause some major inconveniences if using this for work or other important communications (having the microphone drop out with no audible battery notice). Other devices I own will state "low battery," "recharge," or something similar when using headphones with those devices, and wireless headphones I own with a weak battery will at least do a stutter tone, disruption in the sound produced, or some sort of audible signal that the battery is low, and I think this is critical if using these for work or other important communications. It should also be noted that the low battery indicator light was not showing when the microphone first began to have issues, further contributing to my confusion about what the issue actually was.
While I love the sound quality and features of the device (there is a mute button on the microphone, it has both a Type C and Type A USB dongle to use aside from connecting through bluetooth, and it comes with a tote bag that fits the headset nicely and makes it more portable when not in use), I have to take a star off due to the lack of an audio notification about a weak battery, as I was lucky that it gave out during a social call as opposed to a work-related one. I have no way to know if I just happen to have a bad set related to an audio indication for low battery not being present.
Bottom line, great sound quality, microphone (on a full battery), and overall accessories and features, with exceptional noise canceling, but cannot recommend for those that may need a head set for multiple daily phone or video meetings, as it would be too easy to overlook the low battery notification (which leads to microphone issues).
Would be great choice for a casual headset for personal/social communications, or only occasional work-related meetings of minimal importance where you can insure that you are going in fully charged, but in that case, you can find cheaper headsets for casual purposes. As many positives as there are with this set, I still cannot recommend these in general, as i think most will consider these for work, and the low battery/microphone issue is too critical to ignore for that purpose.

"Sounds like you are in a cave"

The Logitech- Zone 950 Wireless with active noise-Canceling on ear headphones are not what i expected from Logitech. The sound quality is good, but many people complained that I sounded like I was in a cave and sounded far away even when the microphone was right next to my mouth. So this are good for listening but not for talking. The battery life is great and they do feel comfortable on the ears but the microphone can be a little to close to your mouth and that can get annoying after a long day of work. The wireless receiver is a plug and play and it is very compact in size which i really loved, but that is not enough to let me overlook the fact that people that need to hear me loud and clear complained about the quality of the microphone. I would not recommend to a friend and i hope Logitech can find a way to better the quality of the microphone to allow the voice to be picked up better. I am not sure if this is a flaw do to the fact that it does cut done on a bunch of background noise, but it loses the quality of the voice delivery. if you are looking for comfort this are some nice headphones.
