They really are noise canceling, I can’t hear anything when I have them on. My only complaint is I wish the volume went higher.

The controls are easy to work. However the comfort of the headset is a little tight on the ears. It might take some getting use to.

Not as good as I thought it would be

When ever I connect to a call the dongle disconnects and reconnects and after reconnecting I have to wait a minute or two for the actual connection to come on so I have to tell people hold on while the headset connects.

Connects automatically to Cisco and Teams. Stays charged for two work days and tells you when you are low. Also downloaded app which gives you different options for the headset. I am on the phone off and on all day and it is comfortable to wear.
