I'm a big fan of this product. I was always interested in composting, but as someone who lives in an apartment, it never seemed feasible. Lomi is an attractive addition to my kitchen and very easy to use.

Great idea, terrible customer service and device.
The lid is stuck and my device will not operate 6 months after purchase.
Support is impossible to get ahold of and even more infuriating when you do.
