    Disappointed. Didn't open right away and apparently the store only allows 15 days to return and I'm at just over 4 weeks of having it. Not large enough for my needs and there are other backpacks on Amazon for 1/3 of price that have more space to accommodate my gear, now I'm stuck with this. BB needs to be more lenient on unused items such as this with tags where return policy is concerned - 60 days ideally for new and unopened/unused. Really just a slap in the face to customers to spend thousands a year there - guess I'll take my business elsewhere going forward.

    This bag has the flexibility to be configured in multiple ways depending on the kit that you want to take with you. The only downside is that the 300 doesn't have the hip support waistbelt like the 400.

    It is an awesome easy to configure backpack. If your camera has the battery portrait grip you can't use the side zipper to pull the camera out. I think the pocket on the side for the tripod legs could be a little bigger.

    I needed a bag to carry my Sony 200-600 lens with camera attached and a few other things. This backpack was almost perfect. Although I could cram the camera + lens in the bag, I didn't feel comfortable about it. I wish Beat Buy carried the slightly larger version.

    pretty useful backpack, the only issue i found is i can't put my laptop because is too big, my laptop is 15.6'', if you got a 14'' laptop or smaller you can put it in there

    Flimsy materials, small and the dividers are suspect. If you own a pro camera. Best Buy presented it dirty, dusty, and as if used like I was being punished for opting curbside?

    I do like this backpack. I like how it opens in the back. I do video on location and this backpack is what I use for two of the main cameras I use.
