It gets 5 because it fits my needs so well. My Sony a6000 with 3 lenses, and some filters have plenty of room and are easily accessible. The top interior compartment holds a host of cables, batteries, chargers, etc. I keep everything in it so that I can pick it up and go. I found that I can also put my computer in one of the exterior pockets. The backpack is light and has plenty of adjustable room. I'm very pleased with it.

This bag holds my DSLR and 3 lenses. There is also plenty of room for filters, charger, spare batteries, media storage and other stuff I seem to need. There is a nice pocket for my 8" tablet to slide into. I use this bag as my carry on. I'm able to slip in a shirt, sox and underwear. I purchased this bag to hold my DSLR and 300mm zoom. I ended up with a great grab and go bag for my photo gear. .

I was needing more room than what the bag that came with my Canon provided. This is a very well laid out back pack allowing you to store extra lens, filters, memory cards as well as tote a small tripod if necessary. The bag itself is very lightweight, constructed of nylon material with adjustable compartments within the bag itself. There are several zipped pockets that also allow for slim-type storage such as booklets, memory cards, batter charger, etc. The straps are fully adjustable and work securely. The zippers are smooth operating but their are a couple of snap-lock closures on the outside of the bag that when closed can conflict with zipper operation. I'm not sure I understand why these were placed here as they conflict with the zippers and if you leave them unconnected, they just flop. And because of that I have to give this 4 out 5 stars -otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars as the size and makeup of the backpack itself I felt was better than most I'd seen including a very close one made by Case Logic. If I had to choose again, I'd still probably choose this one.
