    When the filter was replaced, we noticed a big difference in how the water tastes. Much fresher, cleaner taste. The only downside is the price. Kind of steep for the tiny bottle.

    What can I say, it's a water filter. Key is that you can "subscribe" to refrigerator filters with Best Buy, and they'll ship a new one to you on your timetable. I have one sent to our home every six months, and to our vacation home every year because it's used less. Never forget to change it.

    The filter was easy to install followed the directions and that was it, it was great! We had no problems and are very happy. We love this refrigerator!!!!!!! To change the filter on my last refrigerator it was very hard to do, it never worked right this was a pleasure.
