we have had this for about a year now and have ZERO complaints. when it was delivered, the box was in ROUGH shape & i was concerned it would be damaged, but it is packed so well in the plastic inside, that there were no issues. This mattress has been moved several times and is easy to handle, we added a memory foam topper, and its literally perfection! NO complaints here! I have ordered several box mattresses in my time & this brand is a go-to for us & highly recommended to others!
