Definitely a great replacement for my previous old mattress. Just a heads up it is a little bouncy once fully inflated.

An air mattress was an improvement from what I had but me and my partner now no longer have excess strain on our elbows, waists, back, or knees. The mattress is fresh but it cradles us perfectly (5’11” ~150lbs/4’10” ~120lbs)

I noticed the vacuum seal was broken and the mattress was expanding in the rolled up shape instead of normal unrolled expansion. The corners never fully filled out. Best Buy doesn’t care about customer service anymore so I was forced to try to explain the return issues to people at Indian call centers. I was told they would come pick it up and even got a shipping label emailed to me. Nobody wanted to pick it up and I had to fold it in half and physically take it to my nearest Best Buy. The entire situation was a nightmare. I should have known better than to buy a bed from an electronics store but I know now not to buy from companies that don’t have proper customer service avenues.
