    I BOUGHT THIS MATTRESS ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF AN AUNT MY BAD DECISION WAS HAVING PURCHASED IT AT BEST BUY I BOUGHT A 12 INCH MATTRESS I GOT A 9 INCH MATTRESS AT THE ENDS OF BOTH THE FEET AND THE HEADBOARD IN THE MIDDLE PART IT MEASURES 10 INCHES IT IS A DEFORMED MATTRESS THE CONDITION IN WHICH THE BOX ARRIVED WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN AT THE ENDS THE REPORT I MADE FROM SATURDAY DECEMBER 30 I WANTED TO RETURN THE MATTRESS I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY MADE THE REPORT AND TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO RETURN ME RETURN MY MONEY AND UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING IT IS A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE FROM ONE REPRESENTATIVE THEY TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER MAKING THE CALL LAST MORE THAN AN HOUR AND THEY ONLY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THE NEXT DAY OR WHAT PLEASE WAIT UNTIL TODAY MONDAY JANUARY 15 I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUYING THIS TYPE OF MATTRESS THE MATERIAL OF THE MATTRESS AT THE TIME OF PACKAGING IT CAUSED THE MATTRESS TO BE DEFORMED IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND THE MATTRESS IS STILL DEFORMED WITHOUT HAVING REACHED THE 12 INCHES OF THE MATTRESS I BOUGHT

    This mattress is like sleeping on cotton! In my opinion it’s better than the ones you can buy for 1000s of dollars and just as good of quality if not better.

    I bought this matress for my paretns whom are in their 60s. It was a change from their old spring mattress. My mother was complaining of a sore back, and after a few nights rest in this mattress, she said they were basically gone. Idk how great this mattress is compared to others of the same kind. However, i sould recommend this to anyone that is in a similar situation whether for themselves or someone close to them.

    I never knew Best Buy sold mattresses and when I found out they did was I surprised. The quality and the feel of it is great.
