Terrible experience, no customer support

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of background noise, lots of ambient noise, and "no" real customer support from Lucid. Made an appointment to have the adjusted in person, only to find out upon arriving that the Lucid clinic didn't even have the hardware, or software to adjust them. Horrible experience. I would advise you pass on these.
