Luigi is the man....
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed Luigis Mansion on the GameCube and this game is even better. The graphics are sweet and the gameplay is fun. It’s the kind of game that you can play for awhile or in short burst. Just a fun game to pass the time away.

Bad customer super
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is great. However customer service is horrible. Purchased the game on March 9th in store. Game went even cheaper for MAR10 days. Contacted customer support 3 times trying to get a price match because it was within the returnable dates. They said the price match was approved but nothing arrived in my account nor can i see anything on my best buy account that this was processed.

Perfect Purchase for My Daughter
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Luigi's Mansion 3 is a delightful and captivating adventure game that offers a perfect blend of charm, puzzles, and ghostly encounters. Developed exclusively for the Nintendo Switch, it proves to be a fantastic addition to the franchise, catering to players of all ages. The game follows the timid Luigi as he embarks on a ghost-hunting mission in the eerie Last Resort hotel. With his trusty Poltergust G-00 vacuum cleaner in hand, Luigi must rescue his trapped friends and uncover the secrets lurking within the haunted hotel's floors. Visually, Luigi's Mansion 3 is a treat for the eyes. The game showcases stunning graphics and attention to detail, creating a vivid and immersive atmosphere. Each floor of the hotel is uniquely designed, ranging from a medieval castle to a disco-themed nightclub, providing a visually diverse experience that keeps players engaged throughout. Gameplay-wise, Luigi's Mansion 3 excels in its puzzle-solving mechanics. The cleverly crafted puzzles offer just the right amount of challenge, requiring players to think outside the box and utilize Luigi's ghost-catching abilities to progress. The Poltergust G-00 comes with various functions, allowing players to suck up ghosts, interact with the environment, and solve intricate puzzles, adding depth and complexity to the gameplay. Moreover, the game's multiplayer mode is an absolute blast. With the option to play cooperatively with a friend or engage in competitive mini-games, Luigi's Mansion 3 provides hours of enjoyable multiplayer fun. One minor drawback of Luigi's Mansion 3 is its relatively easy difficulty level. While this makes it accessible to younger players, more experienced gamers might find it lacking in challenge. Overall, Luigi's Mansion 3 is a fantastic addition to the Nintendo Switch library, offering a charming and engaging experience for players of all ages. Its stunning visuals, clever puzzles, and multiplayer features make it a must-have title, and your daughter is sure to have a blast exploring the haunted halls of the Last Resort hotel alongside Luigi.

Great addition to this spooky spin-off series
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keep in mind, I've never played either of the previous two titles. That said the Luigi's Mansion series has been on my radar over the past few years and once I saw the trailers staring nintendo's favorite green ghostbuster, I decided it would be my haloween game of 2019. To start off, the game looks beautiful and runs smoothly. Each floor has it's own theming and offers up some puzzle solving that's not typical of most mainline Mario titles. The controls may be unfamiliar at first but you will get comfortable with them in time. Enemy's rarely feel overwhelming but some bosses can prove a bit tricky on your first attempt. If there were any minor misgivings, I wish that 1) there was a hard mode to make the game more challenging and 2) the money you collect could be used for more items. These however are minor problems when view the full scope of this fun game.

Fun and visually rich
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A lot like point-and-click games from the early PC days, LM3 has you interacting with everything in sight, sometimes for fun, sometime to keep the game moving. This is a perfect title for someone who likes a slower pace & wants to leave no stone unturned. The story is lighthearted, and the frights aren’t anything most kids couldn’t handle. The control scheme leaves a lot to be desired, sometimes feeling like the unresponsive movements from Luigi are used to make the game harder in a way that feels unfair.

Amazing Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have played the previous installments of the Luigi's Mansion franchise and I must say that this game stands up to its predecessors! Each level of the hotel is fresh and spooky due to each level having different themes. Each grunt and boss ghost is given such personality that they are super memorable just like in Luigi's Mansion! Gooigi is fun to play, either on your own or with a friend, which makes for excellent co-op! I think the one thing I don't like as much and is quite the learning curve is the controls. When Luigi or Gooigi uses the poltergust they stay in place and you have to use the right stick to turn them left to right. The left stick moves them right or left. This control scheme took me a bit to get used to, but once you understand how it works it is a breeze, but it is kind of difficult to get down at first. All of the voice acting is excellent and a lot of the videos in the middle had me laughing! I felt that the game creators made a big effort in giving more expressions to the characters, especially scardy cat Luigi, which really conveyed their personalities and also made the task at hand more fun and interesting! It is really cool that even though there is no talking the game conveyed fear and spookyness with just the expressions Luigi makes. There are a lot of collectibles in the game so even after you beat it there may be gems or boos that you missed so there is a lot of replay ability there. With the newly added scarescraper as well there is a lot of fun mini games that you can play with up to 8 players so the fun of this game never really ends! Overall this game is fantastic and I recommend it to all Nintendo fans! Even if you have not played the previous games I highly recommend you pick this one up for some good and spooky fun!
