Bought for birthday gift! It was a great surprise and had no issues using it!

Awful. Worst experience ever. Ordered one $50 card for a christmas gift and received one sealed pack of 12 cards. Every person i contacted at Best Buy says “its activated”, but gives me the packaging UPC number instead of a gift card number. No one is understamding the issue, and its yet to get resolved. So far its $50 wasted, along with hours of my time trying to fix.

Got this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, and she loved it!

I have no issue with Lululemon, but buying their gift cards through Best Buy was a disaster. I ordered physical gift cards, gave them as presents, and only later learned they were completely worthless. Never activated by Best Buy. What followed was a 4-month ordeal involving six different customer service reps (phone and email). No one could activate the cards, send replacements, or provide any real solution. I was repeatedly bounced around with empty promises and no accountability. In the end, they finally refunded the order—but only after months of effort and refused to offer compensation for the inconvenience or embarrassment of giving a broken gift. Save yourself the frustration. Buy gift cards directly from the retailer itself, one that will stand behind what they sell. Best Buy clearly doesn't.

I received three cards from Lululemon, and unfortunately, two of them arrived not activated. I contacted Best Buy for assistance in resolving the issue, but they were also unable to activate the cards. This led to an extensive amount of time spent on the phone attempting to troubleshoot and resolve the problems with these cards. I do not recommend.

My granddaughter loves Lululemon. How easy it is to just press a button and have a gift card mailed to you.

Perfect gift for my daughter in laws. They both loved them.

I bought a $50 Lululemon gift card from Best Buy as a present for my teenage niece, who got very excited to see the gift card. However, when trying to redeem it, it said, 'Please enter a valid number and PIN.' It was a huge disappointment to my niece. I felt very bad that she has to go through this bad experience. I got something else for her on the last moment but I lost my money. Customer care routed me to bunch of different numbers and failed to help me out. I am very disappointed.

I was so glad to find this gift card online at Best Buy. It was an easy purchase and came in multiple dollar amounts. It was shipped right away and I received it pretty quickly.

Don't understand why best buy doesn't have these anymore it's kind of annoying

packaging very difficult to open....large stuck together piece of packaging which had to be peeled open with a sharp knife!!!

Easy to purchase with gift card. Most likely would be buying all my gift cars here.

So convenient to get a lululemon gift card since on their own website you cannot have them ship an actual card, its a virtual. But best buy has so many stores to get gift cards for !

Great gift idea! There are virtual options but I opted for the physical card to go along with a new wallet as a gift. Wrapper nicely
