What comes in the box: The iron, carrying case, silicone sleeve for the iron, adapter plug for use overseas (has two USB ports), charging dock and cable. I really like the idea that it is wireless. I am always getting the cord in the way when styling my hair and have come pretty close to burning/melting the cord at times. I love the size because it doesn’t take up much space in my purse and that makes it absolutely perfect when traveling. The carrying case is great to keep everything together at home. You may think that this is only for straightening your hair, but with the curved style of this iron styler you can come out with some really beautiful loose curls. Just fluff up your hair to fall naturally in place and go. IMPORTANT INFO: This unit has an LCD panel to let you know the temperature of the iron and how much battery life you have. It is nice that you can adjust the temperature. I will never have to worry about it being too hot and burning my hair and I can get that “just right” consistent temperature that is healthiest for my hair type, yet hot enough to give a lasting curl/wave or straightness to my hair. The iron should only be heated to the minimum temperature that you need for your hair. If your hair is fine and thin or chemicals have been used on your hair (perm or hair dye) stick to the low end of the dial at below 300 degrees. Normal hair can be styled at 300 to 380. If you have thick or coarse hair, you probably need to up the temperature to as high as 350 to 400. Adjust the temperature until you find what is best for your hair without damaging it what I have suggested is just a guideline. Everyone has a different hair consistency. I adjusted the temperature starting low for my hair type until I found what straightened and/or curled my hair best without damaging my hair. On most irons you don’t have the option of using a specific temperature that is best for your hair. I personally recommend using a heat protective spray product applied to your hair before using any type iron. I have used this a couple of times so far for between 15 – 20 minutes and it doesn’t need a charge yet (I have it at a lower temperature setting), so I would say the package is about right and you can get about 45 minutes on one full charge. I could probably up the temperature a little more if I wanted to and still get enough battery life for at least 2 -3 or more freshening up sessions. It is lightweight and very easy to use. I have very thick hair and absolutely love this styler. Because of my hair being so thick and full, my curls don’t normally last very long, but if I am out and about with this in my purse I can go to the ladies room and give it a quick boost that might make it through the rest of the night for me. It’s like bringing your hairdresser with you. Go in the rest room with messy hair and come out ready for the runway. Just don’t forget to let the iron styler cool off before putting it back in your purse. I don’t generally curl or straighten my entire head of hair, but I do like to curl a little on top to give a little height. If my hair is in a ponytail, I add a little curl to it or I can make it perfectly straight. You have a win-win situation with this handy iron.

Usage: I was excited to see how the actual product would work! I attended an event this past weekend that I let my hair down for the occasion. Since I desired to achieve a straight look, I turned the curlers up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit in order to accomplish the desired look. Firstly, I tested the iron at reasonable degree settting and my hair was fine as I did not get any burning. I have heard great things about titanium plates, and I am elated to report, they did not disappoint as I achieved the straight look that I desired. My hair is thick, which was a time-consuming task because the iron is only 1-inch. Also, I will note, my hairstyle turned out shiny and straight without any frizzing! The iron felt extremely comfortable while in my hands as it was easy to grip and did not get too hot. Moreover, I am hoping the titanium plates will provide better performance over the long-term for the overall health of my hair in hopes that it will not burn and dry out. I am elated to know that this product can accompany me on the go as a standard charge should last 45 minutes on its highest setting. Additionally, I am grateful for the beautiful carrying case as it makes travel a lot easier. I am hoping that the performance of this product lasts for many years to come as this is a new staple within my hair-care regimen! So, I have never owned a flat iron/styler of this caliber before.I love that the Wand and all its components come in a soft-sided zippered case that can be stored in your bathroom cabinet or can be packed in one place for travel. I really love that this is a wireless, low profile flat iron that can be charged and at full charge, should go for about 45 minutes, give or take. We all say that we get the best style from a beautician because they can use both hands when performing their thing. So, having a non-corded styler gives us normal humans another tool making it so much easier to do a better job at styling. I am not a clutter bug and do not leave "things out" on my vanity counter, but without the cord, this styler is very low profile as it sits in its stand with the protection from the rubber cover to protect users from heat, while the device is heating up, or from the heat while it is cooling down. So, the charger is usable for not only different countries, but continents, and also has a a couple of USB ports that can also be used to charge devices such as phones, tablets, and whatever else by USB. By the way, while the styler is actively charging, there is a blue backlit LCD screen that turns green when it is 100% ready to go and fully charged. This light is also green once it heats up to your programmed temperature for use. Easy peasy to know when to start. The temperature is adjustable to well over 400 degrees and can be shown in either degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius. I have the setting at about 370 or 380 degrees and my hair came out nice and straight with a silky feel and no roughness. The only negative that I have found is that the placement of the 3 buttons on the lower end of the wand that are the on/off button and the 2 buttons that are the up temperature and down temperature controls sometimes get hit inadvertently by my fingers as I am using the wands to style my hair causing me to either have to turn the styler back on or to readjust the effective temperature. Otherwise, I really like this styler.

I absolutely love this flat iron. Perfect size. The cordless part is what really makes it super functional. I like the plastic piece that covers the hot portion once being packed to be mobile. The carry case is a little big. Takes up a lot of space in my luggage.

Packaging was awesome, comes with a great durable case to keep in your purse or luggage. Interchangeable plug for out of country usage. Only down fall would be that it takes 2-3 minutes to heat up and only works if it's charged at 50% and up. Love the cordless feature, as this was the main reaason I purchased this.

Got this as a present for my wife. She liked the idea of a cordless hair straightener. The only issue it did get hot enough for the amount of hair she has.

I was really excited when I ordered it & once received it. On a video and reviews before I purchased, I saw that battery on a single charge lasted an approximate time of 45mins. Well that wasn’t true. I have fine hair, long but fine. I used it right away to see how it worked & loved it. Of course the charge it comes with is small I get that. So we plugged it and didn’t like that it took hours to charge! So the next time I used it, I probably had used it 20-30 mins because I was curling my hair, and the battery died. So I finished my hair with my old straightener. We put it to charge another day. I used it and it died before I could finish with my hair again. So I said that’s it. It’s not lasting not even the 45mins. I cleaned it, packaged and called to see if I could return and I was able to. I really wish it would have worked. Because I was excited to take it with me for touch ups on the go, but that’s too expensive, if it wasn’t lasting and took hours to charge.

Light weight, easy to use. This little powerhouse will get up to 430 degrees and get the job done quick. If you are a traveler like I am/was this is very convenient.

Women have been waiting for something like this forever! It takes a tiny bit longer to heat up than the flat iron I already have, but when planning ahead it's not a big deal. I like how it counts up on the display the temperature that it's at while it's heating up and consistently shows temp while it's on. I adore the silicone sleeve that goes around the closed flat iron to keep the heat from touching anything it shouldn't. It also has a switch to lock it in place in the closed position. I didn't go to the most extreme high heat because I don't want to burn my hair. I did go to 300 degrees and it did a great job on my hair. I love that it's cordless! I haven't had to recharge it yet so I can't say how long the battery lasts. My only issue is that while I'm using it, I tend to push the temperature buttons. Those buttons could be on the side or the inside to prevent that. That's why I dropped one star. I would absolutely recommend this!

Came in a very nice case and it has universal plugin for charging. Looks very nice. No cords is great !!

Wife loved that it was chordless and that it could be good for travel but found that it just wasn't as good as her plug in straightener. Ended up returning it, but this may be a good product for someone who doesn't have really curly hair.

This little item is awesome. The unit packs well, travels well, and does the job. The temperature choices are good. I am a licensed cosmetologist, and I would be hard-pressed to find a unit of this quality and price (I did purchase on sale) that does what this unit does....and wirelessly too! The instructions were a bit vague, but I figured it out. I would buy again.

It’s such a great idea to have wireless but unfortunately the battery life kind of sucks for Such an expensive product.

its nice to have wirelessly but my daughters say the battery wont last for your whole head if you have thick hair that takes longer to straighten

I bought this for me too try out I love it but the only thing I don't like is that it doesnt get as hot as other flat irons.

As a gift for my wife, she absolutely loves it. She says it does all she needs and more. Her only complaint is that it doesn't hold its charge for very long...only about 45 minutes. Great for touch ups though without the hassle of the cord.

This hair straightener is amazing and also an amazing gift. Bought this for my mom and she straightness her hair while on road trips. It’s very easy to carry with you everywhere. The battery latest a very long.

I love these flat irons, I have a short hair cut I’m able to style my hair in approximately ten minutes most of all I no longer have to deal with any cords what a relief these irons get pretty hot I definitely recommend.
