This little device was very easy to setup, easy to install, and easy to use. It's features (dimming and on/off) work well. I love that this installs over top of a normal on/off switch. The only dings I would give it would be: (1) price is high, (2) you have to really crank down on the screw to hold it in place on the physical wall switch, and (3) it's a lightweight plastic that I think should stand the test of time BUT feels ... like lightweight plastic. I wonder if they could use different, more substantial materials that felt "heavy duty", or "industrial strength". Overall I would recommend this switch and plan on picking up more myself.

These are so incredibly easy to install and work flawlessly with Phillips smart bulbs. The best part is they cover up light switches which could be turned off, thus preventing the smart bulbs from being used. I would definitely recommend these to anyone!

I never saw the point of “smart” lights or plugs. A couple of years ago, we moved into a house. Whoever built it in the 70’s wired all the overhead lights in the room to the wall sockets in the same room. I’m guessing they liked lamps, so whenever you walked into a room and flipped on the wall switch, the lamps would come on, too. Groovy. Trouble is - if the light switch is off, so are the wall plugs. No clock radio, no TV, no fan - unless the light switch is on. I happened upon a review that pointed out this solves that problem. The light switch is always on, so the plugs are always on, too. Now, with smart bulbs, the overhead lights work like any dimmer switch you’ve ever used. You don’t need an app or instructions - any visitors or guests know exactly how it works. And the wall plugs are always hot. Way less expensive than rewiring. And being able to control the lights with my phone is growing on me. Pretty soon I’ll be geofencing. Old dog, meet new trick.

I have four of these in my home and they are fantastic. Super easy to install and set up in the Hue app, the battery seems to last a while, and they're very responsive. There's practically no delay when you click the button or turn the wheel and the lights. Highly recommend for anyone that's invested in Hue.

Got this to use instead of the Hue remote switch. More ascetically pleasing & easier to use/understand. No more remote switch next to a blocked off toggle switch. Much cleaner look. Do wish they could incorporate a double and/or triple tap feature for different scenes or settings. Price is a little steep, IMO, for what it is & does.

A bit expensive for a button, and comes in a box that's 95% empty space. But everything about it is good. Looked at the Hue solution and didn't want to bypass my light switch, and worry about taking apart my light plate to replace a battery every few years. The Aurora is a simple solution that works. Just put the base on the toggle, make it tight using a screwdriver, put the dial on and you’re done. Easily connected to my Hue Bridge V2. Then assigned it a light and a room. Works great through the app. The button itself is easy to use. Press for light or to a scene. The outer dial dims the light as wanted. Easy install, easy to use. Works great and when the battery needs replacing just pop off the dial and access it. If you change bulbs to something else, just unscrew the mount and it's back to a regular light. No tape to get in the way. I ordered two, and they work with no issues.

Had a connection issue when I first purchased, easy to exchange and new one works great. Love it for because if switch was turned off couldn’t control smart lights but this prevents that issue! Wish they weren’t so expensive: almost triples the amount to keep my lights “smart”.

Was not a fan of the price if I am being completely honest. BUT it does work pretty well and have had no issues with it since its initial setup. I do love that it does connect with Hue but that is truly the ONLY reason why this little device is this pricey. Hate that. I Will not buy another and will later switch over to a TP-Link Smart Switch. I am giving it 4 stars only because of the price. If it can be a bit more affordable, for sure a 5-start product

Are you like me, a Dad who invested too much $$$ into smart home tech to make life simpler only to want to pull your hair out when your little ones turn off the light switches in the house making you yell at Alexa and not get the result you want?? If this is you then this Lutron light switch solves that lol I bought one of these for our living room Philips Hue lights just to protect my precious Alexa overlord from not giving me the response i want when i ask the simple question to turn off the lights and prevent a device is unresponsive error message. As an added bonus, it can allow you to synch multiple lights to the dimmer switch so you can dim the lights to a low setting in case you want a more hands-on approach to controlling your lights.

So simple to install and does not look out of place or weird. Blends in and looks like the whole switch is factory made together. Controls my Hue lights in the room very well. Will be buying more.

This defeats the problem that the Hue dimmer makes. With that, you either have a second light switch or you nut the wires inside the wall so the power to the light is always on. The Aurora fits over the original light switch. Easy to install and set up. Great job Lutron!

Easy to install works great stops people from flipping a light switch I wish it was more like $15 or $20 seems a little overpriced but what do I know about how things are made. If it was cheaper I would have one in every room.

Used this button to control a couple of hue lights in my gym. Installation took about 3 minutes and setup another two. Can't comment on battery life get but it's a good button. Wish it was a little cheaper tho

Lutron Aurora works great with Phillips hue and makes sure switches aren't turned off. They are a little expensive but the best solution I've found.

It works as intended. Easy to set up amd havent had any issues with it. Only downside is the price.

Love the dimmer switches. They install directly over the light switch. Pretty sturdy too. Easy to set up in the hue app. I have a total of 3 in addition to the regular hue dimmer switches, and I definitely prefer these over those.

Every once in a while, I buy a thing that changes my life. This is one of those things. I am in the process of replacing most of the main lighting sources in my house with Hue bulbs. And while managing lights from the Hue app on my phone is great, having a physical switch that integrates with your existing wall installations is just superb. I ended up buying three of these to put around the house. The dimmer works great, feels nice and smooth, installs right on top of existing 'on/off' switches with EASE. I wouldn't be surprised if I buy two or three more of these as I continue my smart bulb journey. Love it. If you think you want it, you definitely will also love it. Buy it. No doubt. Enjoy!

Easy to install...easy to setup...and functions brilliantly. Wondering why Philips doesn't make something like this on their own (it seems something is in the works). A must-have for the Hue ecosystem...

Works great. Got it as a daily deal. Would buy more but not at full price. I like it because it goes right over the switch and people won’t turn it off anymore by accident. Works as a dimmer too
