The reason I gave it 1 star is because as I was installing the hose to my toilet tank it caused a leak inside my toilet tank and I had to get my handy man to fix it. It cost me $70 to fix the leak. It was more expensive to fix than the bidet cost me. I figured I would contact Luxe to see if they would be willing to reimburse me for the money I had to pay the handy man but they ignored my message. The directions did not say to be careful when screwing in the hose to the toilet tank to not screw it in too tight that it can cause the inside of the toilet tank to break and leak. So be gentle when installing it. Otherwise, the bidet does work fine so far.
