No need to spend hundreds on a bidet. Got this one to try the concept out for the first time. Figured if I didn’t like it, not much was lost. Easy to install. No need for special plumbing or an electrical outlet. After only a couple uses, I’m an expert and will never go back. Does take a little practice but not a lot. Only thing I wish it had was a drying capability but that would cost a lot and require electricity. I just keep an old washcloth handy for drying purposes.

We had our first exposure to a bidet on a Vegas vacation where we had a suite at the Aria. We were sold on them after that trip. The ones that are built into a seat were all more than we wanted to spend and there really weren't options like this available. This came up as a deal of the day so we jumped on it. We were so happy with it that we immediately got the upgraded one with the two wands and moved this to the guest bath. These are great even for being out in the heat and wanting to freshen up before you're ready for a shower. Do yourself a favor and try it if you never have. Won't be disappointed. SUPER easy to install and even easier to use.

Luxe is a great US-based company! The simple and clear installation instructions and quality of the parts is such a notch above the online vendor who shall not be named in which you’re not sure of the provenance or quality of items. As to bidet functionality, “it just works“ and the lack of hot water isn’t missed. Every home should have one.

This device is well thought out and even comes with clear directions. Installation was straightforward onto my Kohler toilet. Because the existing water supply line was flexible, no additional materials were needed. (There are even some single-use, plastic wrenches included.) No electricity is required; so once the water is connected, you're ready to go. The on/off control also accounts for different water pressures, and a second control activates cleaning of the spray nozzle. My only caution is that the spray water temperature will be whatever is in your cold water pipes,

This is my third Luxe-Neo 120. It’s a simple install - especially for a non-handy guy - even bent over the toilet for about 20 minutes. This third Luxe was a gift to my anything-new-resistant wife amidst the hysteria of a Coronavirus inspired toilet paper shortage. I suggested she use my bathroom and Luxe while I awaited delivery of hers. She gave little feedback at the time, tho’ I noticed she kept using my bathroom. Now - a few weeks after I installed the Luxe in her bathroom - she often tells me how much she loves her “bidet.” After my initial function-for-the-price research turned up the Luxe-120, I ordered (2018), installed, use daily and became a fan and advocate. Tho’ there are a lot of (much) more expensive alternatives - - this one is tops for my family and me. Works as advertised - all the time!

I was intrigued by the idea of using a bidet for years but this entry-level unit has ruined regular non-bidet equipped toilets for me. It took toilet paper scarcity to motivate me to pull the trigger on this but I'm sure glad I did. The design is a touch goofy and the water line attachment point could be better concealed. But that's a fair tradeoff for the price. Installation was easier than expected and the results were worthwhile. This has been in regular use throughout the pandemic and would only be removed for a unit with more features. If you are on the fence about bidets this is an excellent starting point.

I was a bit reluctant to try it because of the "cold" water hookup, but after using this bidet for a few weeks, I have to say that the water merely feels cool on my bum. Overall, it was easy to install, easy to use, and my bum is cleaner. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Always had heard about bidets, and how well they work. Trying this one, because of an awesome price at Best Buy. So far, I'm impressed with the ease of use and the results achieved. Installation was easy, taking less than an hour to complete. (Note-if you have rigid supply lines going to your toilet, you will have to replace them with flexible ones) Overall, a great buy.

Our family are using old one for 10 more years. Finally drain pipe part was leaking. So definitely I choose same company and get this item. Easy to assembles and using so easy and plus self-cleaning Nozzle this one. ( old one that I had been that didn't come with it, so pretty much make dirty easily ) Great buy and trust company !

for its price, it was worth it! Honestly though, I rarely use it since I've noticed that I had to use MORE toilet paper now just to dry off my b**tyh*le. Maybe for the ladies its fine. set up is easy, the knobs are easy to reach and the manufacturer provides you with adapters if needed. that alone makes it worth the purchase!

Game changer for sure. I was skeptical of a bidet in general, as most of western culture is. However, after a super easy installation I have fallen in love. I now wish every toilet I used had one of these. The water keeps you feeling fresh and clean after a natural but sometimes dirty process.

I thought it would be shocking to have your behind blasted with cold water. It wasn't noticable at all! I still need to adjust the power of the spray and the position. But very pleased with my purchase. My family is looking forward to using less toilet paper!

It was easy to install. Everything you need is in the box. Wrench and all tools. Works great. If you have a sink close to it you can buy a longer line and hook it up to your hot water line under your sink. If you want warm water shooting up your butt.

This thing is amazing! We bought these thanks to the “toilet paper crisis”...freaking hoarders! We are not going back. It is cold, a little. I have 5 daughters and we all got over it quick. Easy install and it gets your booty cleaner than TP!

This bidet is a nice addition to our bathroom routine. It's easy to install and easy to use. The only reason for 4 stars is because our toilet seat no longer sits flat against the toilet and leaves a gap that we'll have to purchase some sort of bumpers to get rid of. But really great overall. We will probably get another for our other bathroom.

So we have 2 of these.. one for her (the other model) and this one for me and it works amazingly well, enough pressure to do the job and then some and no electrical work needed... took 15 mins to install... no sweat.

This is a great product. I was worried about the price and hooking up a water line to something this inexpensive. It was very easy to do and the equipment that ships is high quality. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy to install and comes with the tools to do the installation. Works great! Down side is that my toilet seat now has a little gap given the height of the product.

This is one of the best self-cleaning item I have ever used. It’s worth every penny I spent on it. Very easy to install. Once my video is ready I will post link to my YouTube channel for the installation tips and details.
