I bought one a several weeks ago because of shortage of TP. Did not think it would amount to much but to my surprise it worked so well that I purchased another one. If you are worried about difficulty of install like I was, go onto YouTube and watch install videos and you’ll see how easy it is.

Purchased and installed several weeks ago. Wife and I are seniors and we love it. Very simple installation, very functional. We are considering purchasing additional units to equip all our 3 1/2 bathrooms. Wish they offered black, biscuit, and gray to match our other toilets' colors.

If you dont own one yet, get it. Once you try, youll never want to use the toilet without one! I live in south Florida so water is never too cold. If you live up North you may want to splurge for the heated water version so you dont freeze the cheeks in the winter

This the 3rd unit I have purchased. The first was for me, and when my sister saw it, I ordered one for her. Loves it, and I ordered another one for her. So far, great. Set up was a snap and finished in 10-15 minutes! Delivery was on time! Nick

Ease of installation & value made this unit a great purchase.Pressure is more than adequate & quite shocking at first.Great option for a bidet without electricity near the toilet(99.9% of American households).Instructions are clear and all part seem quality.

This is a must have for those that like a clean bum. Stop wasting so much money on toilet paper and wash yourself before you flush. Easy to use and install. Don't expect this to be anything but cold water. Self cleaning nozzles but please spray with cleaner now a few times a week to be safe and sterile.

This is the first time we have purchased a bidet. It was extremely easy to install, and works great. We purchased this for our guest bathroom, but I will be purchasing a second one for our master bath.

Easy to install and maintain. I bought 1 of these for each commode in my home and then the same for my kids apartment.

So this doesnt require an electrical addition to add to the toilet which is the big selling point of this item. And the female clean addition to this model is great apparently.

This product is easy to install and even easier to use. It only takes about 15 minutes to set-up, and no leaking. It's low profile and effective. There is a normal "Wash" setting that takes some getting used to (sprays pretty hard, but direct). The "Woman" setting is less intense and is directed to the correct location (so I'm told). The nozzle cleaning setting just rinses the nozzle, which is probably the safest setting to leave it on to prevent any unexpected accidents of spraying you in the face. Definitely worth the money. You'll only need a small amount of toilet paper to dab dry. No photos attached as I feel it would not be appropriate.

I did not think this would work as advertised but I am now a believer. Works and it does what it is intended to do. Easy and quick installation. Cold water is not an issue.

Instructions to install very straightforward and easy to follow. It's installed almost before u know u have done it. Functions as it should, very reliable.

Best thing I ever bought. Easy to install and didn’t take long. My guess really do seem to enjoy using it. Cause they always seem to say they liked it.

I like how this product has a guard on the nozzles. It works well, but (this might be depending on toilet type), it changed the water pressure. I would recommend this product for anyone thinking about getting a bidet.

Definitely worth the money. The only hard part about installing this was taking off our cheap old toilet seat but it was time for a new one anyhow!

My family has been using bidets for years and this Luxe Bidet has been the one we chose. It is easy to install. All needed tools come with it.

Awesome Neo 180 works well easy on the butt. This is my 3rd one. I would not have another toilet without Luxe-Neo 180 it’s perfect.

I personally have 2 different models at home. My wife loves this one. I personally should’ve got the 185 since it has a secondary dial instead of a lever. Still a great product.
