I have been wanting to get a bidet for some time now and after the great paper shortage of 2020 I finally saw my chance to get my husband onboard. I do have to note there were some challenges after actually getting it. For one, you have to deal with removing gross screws off your toilet and do a deep cleaning prior to installing. After doing this and installing the bidet, I found that my seat was not compatible and I had to buy a new seat. My old seat has an under lip that runs all around the seat, including the back area so it could not sit properly on top of the bidet. For reference, the new seat I go is the kind that snaps off for thorough cleaning and this has been beneficial as sometimes the back end of the seat gets nasty splash-back that ends up on the bidet attachment. The next issue I found was the toilet seat becomes elevated from the back end, leaving a precarious gap in the middle that could cause it to snap in half. So I had to remove the bidet and order seat bumpers online and wait some more. Once I had those installed and ready to go, I came across another issue: placement of bumpers is key. I had them toward the front and now the gap im the front of the seat allowed water to spray out from under the seat. I fixed this by placing new ones more toward the sides of the seat. Another thing to note is that I still find it difficult to save paper. I find the while I use less for #2s, I use more for #1s simply to dry myself. In the future, I will more likely find one with a fan but due to lack of an outlet nearby this is not an option at the moment. The cold has not been an issue, after the first few days we became accustomed to it. Even with all these issue, I still prefer a bidet and find it annoying now when I use bathrooms the “normal” old way. The cleanliness feel it gives is hard to do without and it is especially nice to no longer find paper crumbs still stuck when showering. I do wish the company would include bumpers in the package as I am sure I am not alone in needing to fix this issue. Overall, I recommend and hope bidet becomes part of a new normal.

I had not used a bidet prior to buying this one. It makes a world of difference. I thought it might be weird, but it's great. I thought I needed to pay a lot of money and have electricity to get a bidet that would work well. This one proves you don't. I actually bought two - one for me and one for a friend. The one for the friend has a different control panel. It installed very easily - took about 20 minutes. Mine took longer to install because I'm not a plumber and had difficulty getting the bidet's water line attached to the water source without leaks. I managed to get it right after about an hour and it works perfectly now with no leaks.

I had difficulty installing the bidet, and actually caused a plumbing leak. I had to get someone out to cut off the water and replace some parts in my toilet. It was not all due to the bidet, as I have an old house and some of the fittings were already getting worn, and I do not usually attempt something like this myself, but due to social distancing, I had tried to do so and made a mess of it! My cousin came to my rescue and suggested that it would be more practical to install the hose fitting at the bottom first, and then remove the toilet seat and install the bidet, since you cannot see underneath it to install the hose, especially in a tight space. Once it is working, it is great and I am glad I purchased two, one for each bathroom. I will wait and get someone else to install the other one. Plumbing is certainly not one of my skills!

This thing is the best, we don't have an outlet in the toilet room, so the electric ones were out of the question. This thing is amazing, super easy to install in 10 minutes and all the tools needed are included

Well for what it is, it works great. Strong stream and easy to use and install. Comes with all tools and accesories you need for most toilets. Company also responds quickly to questions.

Inexpensive entry point to the bidet market. This purchase has been life chainring. Easy to install if you carefully follow instructions.

I have always wanted one and I am sooooo glad I got one. I was able to install it in 5 minutes by myself and had no issues. The bidet feels kind of cheap but it is not. I am impressed with its sturdiness. I was very surprised by the cold water- it is not bad. Many are avoiding this because it is cold water but I promise it is not bad. I can only account for the quality after less than a month of use and so far so good.

I really like the bidet. It was easy to install. Its easy to use and once you have it you'll wonder how you lived without it. Works smoothly and worth every penny.

Wished I had purchased a bidet attachment sooner. What a refreshing feeling from first time I used this. You need to make sure you get alignment right and water pressure adjusted by not turning water valve all the way on if you have high water pressure.

I purchased the bidet during the quarantine since toilet paper was hard to find. What can I say? It does the job and brown leaves town. On a serious note, it's really easy to install (about 10 minutes) and the self-cleaning feature is a nice touch. The pressure is strong so be careful.

I initially installed this in August. I didn't mind that it only used cold water then. Once it hit October or November in Minnesota, I can't use it anymore, it's way too cold. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it works well. My husband installed it and he didn't complain about it being awful, so it must have gone pretty well.

Honestly, this is a COMPLETE LIFE CHANGER! This is not only so worth it for the price, but extremely economical (and Best Buy has the best price). I'm not sure if this was in the description, but you also get a 2 year warranty for free with the code on the bidet! Trust me, you'll never go back to toilet paper again!

What can I say it works perfectly. A bidet will change your life! Cleaner underwear, no more skid marks, no more itchy butt, way more confidence in the bedroom, what more can you ask for? Game changer. I now have a preference for what bathroom I use.

Purchased 2 for my mom’s house. Installing was a breeze. I always look forward to pooping at her place and using the bidet. It does the job! Warning, you may have to purchase spacers for your seat. My mom has the “round” seats which fit perfectly. You won’t have to but toilet paper anymore!!!

Thrilled to have this in my life. It’s easy to install, HOWEVER- I advise hooking up all the water connections first, *then* attaching the bidet and seat to the toilet in order to maximize work space back there. Watch an installation video or two. I get why Europeans have way more chill. Highly recommended.

So far so good. Item was delivered as promised. Set up and install was simple....took me 20 minutes and that included removing the old toilet seat, and cleaning it up. Handy wrenches were included, so I did not have to get any special tools. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but in testing, it looks good!
