I bought 2 of these for two toilets in my house, both upstairs. Never had a bidet before... only use of one before was in hotel in Japan. For $35.. these are amazing! My only complaint is that the spray pressure from one unit to the other is completely different! Th bathroom are both upstairs and water pressure in both bathrooms are not different! However, on sprays hard and the is gentle. That’s why I gave 4 stars.

Easy to install. Works well. The pressure settings were a nice feature however based on the water pressure of my house going past the first dot causes immense pain. Wound up purchasing a regulator and now functions much better. Still have to use some toilet paper but definitely a cleaner experience. When I renovate my bathroom I would consider one with a heated temperature setting.

I’ve used them while traveling abroad and longed for a day where I could get the proper cleaning I deserved in the comfort of my own home. Saw a couple other fancier bidets but they required extra plumbing or an outlet. Saw this on a deal of the day and decided to give it a try. Easy setup. I was anxious for my first #2 to be able to test it out. When I did it was like heaven. I was in a state of bliss. Never have I felt so refreshed. I’ve had it for a while now and the lure of it hasn’t tarnished yet. I had to get one for the other bathrooms in the house as I could not go and use the primitive method of just paper any more. I have been able to reduce consumption of tissue and get clean refreshed feeing. I will say that my wife was not as enthusiastic about it as I was. I think that the pressure seemed to high for her. It does have a feminine setting that she preferred for general use. The only thing that I have noticed that I could say is a complaint is that if you position yourself to far back on the seat you can restrict flow somehow. You can alleviate this by positioning yourself a little bit forward.

We've only been using this bidet attachment for a week and are still getting used to it, and still using toilet paper to dry off. That's a hard habit to break. This attachment was very easy to install. The hardest part was shutting off the water to the tank because it was nearly rusted shut! But after this attachment was installed there were no leaks anywhere. So glad I got the one with the Women's setting because the regular wash is POWERFUL. The women's setting is much gentler, but still works well. Eventually we will switch from toilet paper to cloth towels to dry off because this thing really cleans! I took off a star because it doesn't quite fit under the toilet seat. It raises the seat a bit so when anyone sits down the seat clicks against the toilet. But it's well worth the price, especially if it's still on sale!

This is our second bidet. Installation was easy and took about 10 minutes. I would suggest vasaline on the rubber parts so they don't tear up on installation. The free wrenches included were both the same wrench and didn't work on any of the connections. Not a big deal since I have several cresent wrenches. If you have ever used a bidet you know that they really work and save you a lot in toilet paper. I basically don't use any toilet paper. I have a small towel by the toilet like they use in European countries. The towel never smells bad because the bidet is very thorough. The feel is great and very helpful if you have any soreness.

Love a bidet! Have wanted one for many years but they were so very expensive. Then, by chance, learned from a step-daughter about the neo 185 Non-electric Self-cleaning Bidet which she had. I couldn't wait til I could get one, but I ended up getting 2 for 2 of our bathrooms. You won't be sorry to buy any Luxe bidet. They work just as promised!

This is a very easy to install and Quality bidet. Instructions are clear. I have no experience installing bidets but the install was a breeze. My Kohler toilet has somewhat shorter screws. But I bought longer plastic screws from Amazon that fit great. Just make sure your toilet screws are long enough to fit through the toilet seat and the bidet as snug as possible. I highly recommend this product

Easy to set up if you know how to change a toilet seat and attach the hose to the tank. I think it would be best for the elongated toilets vs round bowl toilets. At least mine shoots more outward. Lots of pressure. First bidet and i dont regret the purchase.

Quality product, great value, easy install ~20 minutes (by my son - I'm pushing 70yo here and it's hard to get up from the floor). Concerns about cold water splashing my nether regions were unfounded, not a problem at all. I had my doubts, but I would encourage others to give it a try. The price is affordable and it's easily reversible if it turns out to not be the thing for you.

Love this product so much. Saves a lot on toilet paper and cleaning is a breeze. Setup was very easy, however I did need the seat wedges to make the seat level once installed. The company sent them quickly and free of charge. Will look to get another one of these for our other bathroom.

Easy to install with all necessary hardware. The water spray intensity level peaks at the 2nd setting. The higher settings after that don’t have any effect. Make sure you check your water pressure with a pressure tester that screws on an outside spigot. If you don’t have one, they are about $10 at hardware stores. My pressure was only 40 psi and once I adjusted it to 60 psi, the bidet attachment was effective. It does what it’s supposed to do.

Absolutely love this thing. The whole family does. I use probably 90% less TP than I did previously. Highly recommend. It did take a moment adjusting to this procedure(?) but now I don’t wanna ‘go’ anywhere but home. Comes with everything you need to install including a plastic wrench and Teflon tape.

I shopped for this item online. I already had an idea of the range of prices. I thought thought the description of the item was good and was pleased with the price. It was easy for my handyman to install and it's working just fine. I recommend this bidet for anyone.

I'm sure everyone is thinking the concept of a bidet is weird. But, let me assure you that if you can get past the initial weirdness, you will love this, especially in this age where toilet paper is at a premium. I can now go to the bathroom and have to use very little toilet paper. This is something that is worth the small investment. Installation is very easy and it comes with all the parts needed, not plastic parts either. Give it a try and you will not be sorry.

The Luxe Neo 185 bidet works well asks is substantially cheaper than the more expensive bidets ($45 vs $250). I thought the warmer water would be better, but using just cold water is not uncomfortable. They are easy to install and don't require a detailed knowledge of plumbing.

I can't believe I waited so long to get a bidet. It's amazing how well this cleans your backyard. We've cut our toilet paper usage and a cold blast of water in your nether regions really leaves you energized. I bought this initially because of the COVID-related TP shortage, but if I'd known what a game-changer it would be, I would have gotten one years ago. I bought three because I found myself going out of the way to use the toilet with the bidet attachment. If you're on the fence between getting this unit because you think you need hot water, think about how long you need to run the shower before the water gets warm. I didn't want to have to run the bidet in self-cleaning mode for a few minutes before using it for its intended purpose... and honestly, I'd probably prefer the cold water, anyway.
