I initially bought another model from a different company. My brother told me about this product and how he liked his already. I received this model before the other was shipped, installed it with great ease and was impressed. The other cost more, was built with less sturdy parts, and was more difficult to install. It has already saved on a good amount of toilet paper, with is a very important factor as well.

Instructions are fairly simple, the hose attached barely fits our toilet but it fits! Love using it and would recommend!!!

We now have this model on every toilet in our home. It truly makes a difference. We are comfortable with room temperature water and see no need for more expensive investment. It does cut down on paper use. Occasionally the toilet seat has to be tighten up in one restroom due to seat not being flat but that's not a big problem. I will eventually get another seat. This is often on sale, so no need to pay full price. Installation was a breeze. I watch on the online video.

Really easy to install. Easy to use. Only cold water but once you start using it you get used to it. Solid construction!

I am not a bidet newby. I have a high end bidet with all the bells and whistles in a bathroom that I remodeled. That said, I knew this bidet would not be as good as that one. I was prepared for cool/cold water but I wasn't prepared for the water pressure. Even if you ease it on you are going to get blasted. I also do not like how the toilet seat fits over the insert. I ordered bumpers to raise up the seat, but it is still a little wobbly. I might take it apart to see if I can readjust it. Hope that works because I picked this up on sale for a very good price.

A good product for the price. It was easy to install and we use a lot less toilet paper plus we feel a lot cleaner.

This is my second Luxe Bidet. This one has a couple extra options. Installation was easy. The bidet works well.

I had been interested in a bidet prior to Covid. Most were too much for what I wasn’t sure I’d love. Since the pandemic they’ve really come down in price so I grabbed one. The Mrs of the house loves its more than me. I highly recommend this Luxe neo 185 because it has his/hers options. The water pressure can be high so you could get the adapter but we haven’t needed it. I know it sounds weird, but once you try it you’ll never want to go back to tp.

Easy to use, easy install with all tools / hardware included. Only thing I noticed is that protected plastic cover for nozzle seems to be open by itself little bit after use.

For the price, it's a steal. Works well to reduce butt bioburden and leaves you feeling cleaner.

I bought this on a whim but glad I did because it works great. It is a pretty well featured bidet for the price. I had some trouble screwing the fittings together and almost messed up the threads on my toilet but be careful and it's easy to install. It comes with everything you need to install it. The pressure is too high but they say they can get you something to solve that. I didn't bother but I can only use it on the lowest setting.

The jet stream can surprise you. Practice slowly turning the knob to prevent you from jumping out of your seat. Install was easy. Fits well into my existing toilet seat.

My hiney is bidet clean! Great product! The T adapter that comes with the kit is metal and not cheap plastic. Very easy to install. Took about 10 minutes. My 7 and 11 year old kids tried it and loved it. I had to buy another one for their bathroom so my wife and I could get our bathroom back. I purchased this while it was on sale for about $40

I’ve have this product now and I’m buying 2 more to install in the other bathrooms. I absolutely love these bidets and at the price I got them for I could not pass up the deal. They are easy to install and very easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great bidet. I promise you that you will be very happy with your purchase.

I bought this to replace my 10 year old bidet that broke. This was very easy to install and it works great. My only wish is that it was a little thinner as it causes my toilet seat to bump up in the back just a little. And since my toilet seat is wood, it creates a tiny bit of an Incline on the seat. I should be able to fix that with some stick-on bumpers, but would be nice if it weren’t necessary. Other than that, I love it.

Great device that works on standard toilet seats (5.5" bolt spread), such as those used by Kohler and American Standard. However, make sure of your setup before you buy this one as it does not fit on our other new toilets, made by Swiss Madison, which feature a different bolt spread and height. Overall performance of the unit is excellent. Easy install and no leaks so far.

Wish I’d installed this decades ago. Even if we weren’t in a toilet paper crisis, this is a luxury you must experience yourself. I purchased the warm water version for one of our guest baths and if not for having a two year old and four year old, I’d put them on all 6 toilets in the house.

How have I lived without a bidet this long? I purchased this when it was a Daily Deal for $40. Simple installation, took less than 15 minutes. They supplied all necessary tools. Hand tightened all fittings and no leaks. Seems like good quality, but time will tell. Upon registering with LUXE, the warranty is extended to 2 years. Highly recommended.
