My wife has both Lupus and Fibromyalgia and always has muscle pains.  I've been wanting to get something to help her for some time now when I got this device.   Pulling it out of the box it felt substantial and well built.  On top of the massager itself there is a cradle, extension wand, several massage heads and charging cord.  Setup was quick and easy using my cellphone and I was up and running in no time.  My back and neck are usually problem areas for me so I started there first.  There are multiple speeds and strength settings available and you can either get areas manually or allow the device to guide you through areas to get via the display.  Depending on the setting you use, the intensity of the vibrations increase and decrease automatically.  The vibrations are strong enough, and coupled with the different heads you can work any area of your body and really work out some muscle tightness.  I really enjoyed it and was excited for what it could do to help my wife.   The first time my wife tried the device it was set too high and it was painful, but after adjusting the intensity she found the prefect setting.  Her shoulder blade has bothered her for years and the only thing that helped was a physical massage.  This device was able to help relieve the tightness not only in her shoulder blade, but the rest of her back as well.  I’m thrilled this works so well for her as it’s been so difficult finding things that actually help her.   I can’t recommend this massager enough!  It feels great and works so well, especially for my wife.

I’ve used several traditional massage guns in the past, but this one stands out. It’s not just for soothing sore muscles after a long run (though it’s great for that too); it excels at targeting pressure points all over the body and using different frequencies for optimal results. While you can use it in manual mode, I prefer the 3-minute guided sessions when I’m relaxing in front of the TV. I keep it on the side table next to the couch so I remember to use it. I highly recommend this to anyone considering a massage gun but feeling a bit intimidated or unsure where to start. You won’t regret it!

This massager is so relaxing. It has different settings for pain, rest, calm, energy and levels. My personal favorite is the pain setting. I suffer from back issues and this thing really helps loosen up the area so that I am able to get some relief. I love the design too. It's sleek and simple. The different attachments come in handy. Easy to charge and set up too. Great product.

I work from home and having a full time job at home along with being a full time parent doesn't leave much time for "self care". This thing is amazing! I have been using the Pain Relief and/or Calm Setting for 3 minute intervals just twice a day and it makes me sit down and just meditate and relax for just a bit. I've seen similar devices advertised and just not known whether I wanted to make the investment because I wasn't sure what I would do with them... this one gives you a choice for a guided massage where it has you locate specific pressure points that truly help to relax your whole body. I work on a computer most of the day and I didn't realize what a toll that was taking on the joints in my hands until I started limbering them up with this thing. I just cannot say enough good about it, it takes the guess work out of pressure point massaging and when I'm making a thousand decisions a day, I really just need something else to step in and guide me through a few minutes of relaxing!

To say I am loving the Lyric is an understatement. It's literally one of my new favorite things. I was a little hesitant at first to make the purchase because I've never owned a massager before and it felt a little frivolous. I'm so glad I decided to try it though. After only a short time using it, I am already feeling so much better. I have a history of back pain and migraines that can be especially hard to manage now as I take care of two young kiddos. Giving my body the chance to go into recovery mode for just a few minutes each day is really helping. Not only am I noticing a physical impact, but I'm also in a better mood because I'm taking better care of myself versus just worry about taking care of everyone else. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

The stroke is shorter and softer than most massage guns i have used. Does not relieve muscle soreness very well due to this issue.
