I'll begin this review by mentioning the size of this massager, it is not bulky and allows for easy storage. The ergonomics of it fits well in my hand which in turns makes it easy to use. It's not a heavy device so extended use is no problem at all. I'm a pretty active guy and about 2 years ago I had surgery on my shoulder so quite often I get tightness in that area. Without having the option of going to a masseuse on a regular basis, I figured this would be the next best thing. I'm extremely happy that I picked this little jewel up. It takes care of my tightness and aches that I get in my shoulder after an intense workout. Using the Lyric Massager is very easy, just pick up the device select your desired setting, place Lyric on area in need and let it do the work. Depending on the spot in need there are multiple attachments to help aid in working out the soreness. Everything fits into a nice neat compact holding dock. The app is easy to setup and makes setting up a wellness routine an easy process. The only thing that you will need to do in advance if you're an active person is to set up your preferences for the massage program depending on your workout. Super simple to use and does an outstanding job of working out the soreness and kinks you may have. I'm more than pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this item to anyone.
