The laptop I was originally using is old and needed to be replaced so this was what I felt my best option to be, and I was right! I’ve paired this with a nice 4K monitor and my photos have never looked this good! The M1 chip is a real powerhouse and delivers all the performance I need to edit for hours on end. This is a great pickup for someone needing to replace some older tech.

Powerful Mini

She is a photographer and creator and her 2019 MBP laptop fan would loudly run, even under low load. The M1 Mac Mini is an awesome machine. We are able to Zoom, create, run ECAMM Live without any problems! The small form factor is helpful in utilizing your tabletop setup. U I definitely would recommend this machine for anyone doing live streaming, video editing, and creating on a budget but don’t want a “budget” machine.

Cubase 11 Pro loves the M1

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just finished a project in Cubase 11 Pro that required 30 instances of U-HE Diva, and just for the heck of it, I tracked each one in Divine mode. I later torture tested it and reached 65 tracks before I hit the CPU limit. To put this into perspective, Cubase 11 Pro is not a native app. It's running under Rosetta compatibility layer. If you know, you know. The M1 Mac Mini is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Unabashedly recommend it.
