New M1 chip makes all of the Apple software perform like a Mac Pro. Looking forward to 3rd party developers to update their software and make their programs more compatible.

My favorite device. It flies. It is clean looking. Took me a bit to get used to big sur, but now that I am used to it, I love it even more. Works well with my macbook air m1 that I purchased more recently

A workhorse computer with really cool form factor and using Apple's awesome M1 technology. Extraordinarily fast for a Mac Mini given the new chipset.

Easy to set up, easy to use and works very well with my late 2009 iMac 27" as a monitor. Also, it supports the use of a second monitor (LG) which comes in handy. It doesn't have any real drawbacks that I have noticed yet.

LOVE THIS MACHINE! I am a big Windows / Microsoft guy, however having the ability to install Ipad/Iphone apps and the AMAZING speed compared to my latest Mac Book Pro I9 is incredibly fast (faster in some apps)

Enjoy Mac mini! It is super fast and I like that it is compatible with all the accessories I already have. I would recommend this for anyone who would switching from pc.

Excellent device at the budget. Only problem is you need to have a wired mouse and keyboard to start this boy up and then can use any third party device. Apple makes life difficult

Great machine a a great price (for an Apple that is) Downside is having too few ports for external devices. Plan to buy some sort of extra gizmo to get more ports.

Great desktop computer. Amazed at how fast this processor is. I have been a PC user my entire life until now. The Mac IOS issuer easy to adjust to and this system is so slick. Looks great on my desk as well of course.

This is a very nice performing computer., This is the first computer I have ever owned that is fast yet doesn't generate any heat in doing so. Best price/performance.

great bargain mac, if you can't afford a macbook this is the best bargain price mac there is. had to buy this 1 because my first took a direct hit from lightning

This computer is a wonderful machine. While it is practically obsolete now with the Mac Studio being released... up until that point this was a wonderful inexpensive Mac machine.

3rd Mac. Fits on a shelf out of the way. Can travel and hook to any monitor. Only downside is only 2 USB ports so pick up an expansion bar. Has tiny speaker.

THE ONE STAR IS FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - NOT THE PRODUCT I picked up an "open-box excellent" from BestBuy recently and was extremely disappointed when I booted it up and found out that it did not have Mac OS installed... After googling around for a bit, I found that there is a bug with the M1 chips that basically cause it to fail when someone tries to reinstall Mac OS on it (i guess some users like reinstalling a clean OS). I assume that the previous owner of my device tried to reinstall the OS, ran into the issue, and then proceeded to return the item to BestBuy. Luckily, I had a roommate with a Macbook and we were able to restore the Mac through an app on his device. Not quite the unboxing experience I was hoping for, for a ~$700 device. The Mac Mini M1 itself is great, but this is a cautionary tale to those who are planning to purchase it open-box. It seems that Bestbuy does not check to make sure that the item is fully functional before selling it to other customers. Tldr; I received a Mac with no OS installed - had to use a friend's Macbook to restore the device.

These new Mac Minis with the M1 chip are really fast. The only con which will get better with time is the compatibility of some software that was developed for the old chipset.

Works great. Surprised with the performance of M1. It’s not i9 but it’s still impressive. Apples have a very nice feature to act as a server for apple updates of your apple devices.

I needed to upgrade my Apple computer to something more up to date. Since I work from home with two monitor set up, I decided it was more economical to go with this Mac mini and boy am I glad I did.

Mac mini was the best computer for my job which is my new YouTube channel my new computer provides excellent power that I need for uploading speed to the net

I bought my Mac Mini to mount under my new standing desk. It works great! Now i don’t have to lug my MacBook Pro back and forth to work.
