Compact design with the fast cool running M1 chip. A quality computer that performs better than expected.

Great machine; but I returned it reluctantly. Apple required me to buy all new software which was too costly. I had a lot of great software; but it was all unussble.

A super small portable storage device which is easily transported in my top shirt pocket. It has the c connection and usb connection o is very versatile

Got my apple Mac delivered in a timely manor. Open box was 50 bucks cheaper and looks exactly like new.

It may be a base model, but it is a powerhouse of a small form factor desktop. It does exactly what I need it to do.

This is the first Apple product I have bought. From what I have seen it does not meet the expectations I had from what I have been hearing about Apple for years. The basic computer is good. It is fast, boots up quickly and system software runs smoothly. For me the biggest problem is the software you can run on it. I use seven programs regularly on Window 10. Only one of these can run on this computer and the Apps available to do the same functions are far inferior to what I currently use. These include the Apple apps included with the Mac mini. If you are an Apple only user this can be a good computer for you but PC users may not be so thrilled. (This is a software problem you would have on any Apple computer not a hardware problem from the Mac mini.)

They did great job switching my old computer to new one.and very friendly staff from selling me one and the wireless keyboard and mouse.. to the geek squad .

This is my first Mac. I admit it’s taking some adjusting but it works great and I love that my phone & tablet are all one.

Can’t ever go back to PC. Max mini’s are the best option for a desktop in my opinion

Great product and compact size is excellent for mobility, only reason I am giving it a 3 is due to it not fulfilling my multi screen expectation... product is only limited to 2 screens.

I purchased Apple Mac Mini instead of lab top. At the beginning, it’s not easy to use Mac system, but it’s more comfortable and convenient. I like it.

I wanted a Mac but the prices are crazy I think this is a great alternative and you can get some really great monitors to work with it.

I like it. Speaker aint to good but the fact it’s portable is great. I wish apple would let it play through the tv if you hook it up to it but it doesn’t. Otherwise I don’t regret it

First, I took my old desktop to geek squad and they said it was not fixable. It has an outdated program running it and some ports were not working. So now I am stuck with having to buy a computer. So I got the mini Mac. I got the protection plan for 99 dollars, bought a monitor and keyboard and mouse set. (I had help with this, but knew basically what computer I would need as I did my research). I got it home and set up. Since geek squad was gone for the day I had no help to learn a new computer going from Windows to apple. Plus I was unable to get geek squad to remove my files and switch them onto an external hard drive and into the new computer as they were not there for the day. (Mind you getting through and actually talking to a live person is impossible now with geek squad and best buy). So after hooking things up which is simple, I went to eat supper. Computer had of course gone into sleep mode. (It's expected), uh yeah. I moved the mouse around and got a snowy screen on the monitor that lasted maybe 5 second then black screen again. I did this again and the same. Called my brother in video chat as he has one and he suggested hitting the space bar.. nothing but the same. He asked me what keyboard I'm using. I showed him. Well I was sold the wrong keyboard. That's one. I had to manually shut down the computer and monitor and start over again. So after things finally settled. And because I can not drive for to medical reasons, it took me a month to return the keyboard. In the meantime, since you can not technically talk to a real person on best buy/geek squad, I took my old desktop to a computer shop with the external hard drive to have them remove my things I needed kept. Here is what they said.. My desktop is actually fixable. I just needed another hard drive put in which is a lot cheaper than the 1000 dollars I spent to buy a computer with the wrong keyboard set and one that has issues that I now have to get fixed. I've returned the keyboard set. They did a one time put money back on my debit card because I can't drive to get in there and live around an hour away. Thank you. But I umm also bought the extended warranty. Why would I want to buy the yearly repair package? Or get a credit card to pay to have a computer I bought from them that is only one month old and not working properly to be fixed? This store really does not have your back. Money money money. I'll be making some calls today. I think this computer is going back and I'm getting my money back! Especially since mine is able to be fixed!

Apple makes good computers, this one is no different. There are many things to like about it... and that's 50 characters.

i love my mac mini, i bought it so i could learn mac OS as i work in IT and i wanted a mac to learn on

We are very pleased with the Mac Mini Desktop. I was able to purchase the Mini and a Samsung 32" Monitor.
