Great Apple product, beautiful design and works like advertised

Sleek and lightweight! Easy to carry and is really fast! Display is crisp and clear. All in all, SO happy with my purchase! Also enjoyed the $100 off for education!

However, this laptop isn’t ideal for people who edit photos, videos, or otherwise process large media files. Our tests found the laptop would get hot to the touch even after a minute of exporting video or batch editing photos, to levels that would make the laptop uncomfortable to use. But for everyday work tasks, browsing the web, watching movies, and even playing App Store games, the M2 MacBook Air offers a bunch of great upgrades over the previous generation.

A wonderful laptop at a fair price. Easy to setup and versatile in size and capabilities. This is only my second MacBook purchase over about 10 years because the products hold up well.

Definitely an upgrade from my earlier Macbook Air. I was blown away by the speed of the laptop overall, especially without having the excess noise from a fan blowing 24/7! I wouldn’t change anything about it!

I’m absolutely enjoying my MacBook Air, a majority of my programs just work smoothly. Battery life is great. There’s small cons such as the fingerprint sensor at times don’t recognize my fingerprint. It could be because my finger. It’s quiet when multitasking I don’t hear the fans ramping up at all. It does it’s job, I would recommend anyone looking for an upgrade or new laptop.

I upgraded from a MacBook Air 2013 to this MacBook Air M1, it was a great decision. Device boots up very quickly, screen is great, battery life excellent, and price at Best Buy was perfect. The harder decision was justifying the purchase, as I had previously purchased the M1 Mac Mini the day they came out. I could no longer sit a desk, health reasons, so this MacBook Air has permitted the use of the device anytime or place.

Great laptop, love the rosegold color, so excited there’s still some in the inventory. I’m writing this review a year later and it still works perfect. And it’s affordable too.

I’ve had the Same MacBook since 2013; so I decided to Pick up the Latest Model available. By Far the Fastest Laptop I’ve ever owned, and the design/weight of it is Incredible.

So this is just like the Intel MacBook Air from before in the same body but is much much much faster. The battery life is truly amazing use it for days on end before finally charging. When you do need to charge it charges very quickly and the standby time is phenomenal. I use this with Microsoft office, slack, Google Chrome and it all works without issue. The hype is real definitely recommendation.

Apple quality! Fast, reliable and silent (no fan). I downgraded from a MBP 16". I traded it in for iMac 24. This laptop is more than adequate for everyday use. The battery lasts all day plus.

I am upgrading from a 2012 air. First off, the display, speakers, and trackpad are a huge upgrade and way better than any windows laptop I have ever had. This thing is also PACKED with power! I use adobe after effects and despite it using rosseta with my plugins, it performs just as good, or if not better than my desktop PC (r5 3600, RX570) Battery life on browser based tasks make this thing last many hours without being tethered to a wall.

This isn't your average computer. It's better. Fast, silent, with best-in-class battery life. Apple did the right thing in abandoning x86 Intel CPUs. They make Intel Macs feel like relics from the past.
