I own a lot of Apple products and have been buying them for over a decade. This MacBook Air is phenomenal. I replaced my iPad with this as my portable computer.  The battery life is great and the screen is very crisp & clear. It is a little dull in bright sunlight, but most laptops are, so thats not really a knock to the laptop.

Long lasting battery and quiet operation. Love the new M1 chip. Keyboard feels great. At $1000 I recommend checking it out.

This is easily the best laptop I have ever owned. The battery life is 10 hard hours to 15 medium hours to 20+ easy hours. No fan, and it doesn't even get warm. It blows my 2014 MBP out of the water. The speakers are different, I thought they were worse than my 2014 MBP, but I have gotten used to these and now it sounds better. These seem to have a lower bass, and tinnier treble, and it used to make dialogue hard to understand, but I adapted. There appears to be a 3d sound effect from time to time. The speakers are louder than my 2014 MBP.

I love this item. This is my first Mac coming from a PC I’ve had since 2011. It was good too but there is such a noticeable difference when doing class assignments in R Studio. It saves me a ton of time in my assignments. The only problem is it only has USB ports but you can buy adapters to plug other devices into the computer.

It's the best laptop at its price point. My wife primarily uses this for her school work and content/streaming, browsing the web. The M1 chip can be pushed a bit too. Fantastic battery life and MacOS is great as a whole

It’s been great so far! It’s my first Mac, after having inexpensive PCs that were pretty awful and slow. I’m still learning how to navigate it a bit, but it works seamlessly so far. No complaints other than it not having USB ports. It’s not a dealbreaker though. I had to get adapters so I could plug in my corded mouse and flash drive.

I’m satisfied with my MacBook purchase as the quality is excellent! The duration of the battery life is great, the thin design allows me to easily store it in my tote bag, the keyboard lights up, and the screen display is a nice size. I could go on all day about the benefits, it is one of the best items I’ve ever bought.

I have loved this computer! I mainly use it for word processing, emails, browsing, etc., so the Air is all I need. I love the convenience of having everything save to iCloud Drive so I can also access it from my phone. If the screen isn't large enough for you, it's compatible with one external monitor. I've hooked it up to an Asus 24" monitor and it has made a huge difference. The main downside is that this computer only has three ports: two USB-C, and a headphone jack. I have to use a hub to plug in my HDMI cord and the Bluetooth chip for my mouse/keyboard.

So far so good! I’m a Graphic Designer and I had been using the same 2013 MacBook Pro. I didn’t want to spend too much money so I decided to get one of these as my personal laptop. It is really good. I use Adobe CC on it and it does not lag at all. The battery last a long time as well. That M1 chip is really good! I also got this at an “open box” price which was such a deal. NOTE: It is still brand new and I do not do any heavy editing or designing on it (such as video editing)

Great laptop! This is the first MacBook I have ever used and owned. It works great,bit fast and smooth with a 10 plus battery life.

I really like my new Macbook Air. It is just the right size for my needs and it holds a charge for longer than any laptop that I have had before (10+ hrs, heavy web searching). This is my first Apple pc. I of course have the iPad mini (LOVE!!), iphone, watch...dang Apple you took all of my money, lol. I don't have major requirements and this is strictly for my entertainment. I would recommend this product to others!

I am enjoying my MacBook Air - it's light weight, has all the functions of my desktop, it's small enough to fit in my purse, the speed is awesome, the transition from Microsoft to Apple was amazing. I must admit if Apple had made it a touchscreen they would have received 5 stars.

Light and powerful. Was hesitant to make the switch from windows but it works perfectly for what I need.

Amazing product super fast and easy to use for many things

I went back and forth between this and the new m2 model. I needed something for everyday use such as internet, email, YouTube, Netflix and occasional Microsoft office use. I just didn’t see much point in the new one outside the MagSafe charger. The m1 is more than enough power for this and I actually like the wedge shape better. I’m completely and glad I didn’t spend the extra money just to have the latest and greatest.
