Our kids got one each and they are very happy with them. They use the laptop for school and for personal use. endless software titles available. Very fast and powerful with a beautiful display. overall a great price and very satisfied.

MacBook Air 13.3" Laptop

It is easy to use, has a battery that lasts a long time, and is very slim and easy to transport. We liked it so much that we have actually purchased two of them in the last month or so, one for my husband and one for my son.

M1 - the dawn of a new era in PCs!

I bought the base model with the 8 core CPU, 7 core GPU, 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD. The battery life is amazing! It's not my main computer, so I only use 1-2 hours a day, but I can usually get through a week before charging. The keyboard is nice to type on, the new magic keyboard has slightly more travel than the butterfly keyboard on my wife's 2017 15" MacBook Pro (MBP). To continue the comparison to our MBP, I've noticed that this new MBA is quicker to boot, resume from sleep and open apps quicker than our MBP. I prefer having the function keys (vs. Apple's touch bar on the MBP's) and the trackpad on the MBA is excellent, everything I've grown to love about Apple's trackpads - great size and helpful gestures. Apple nailed the transition from Intel chips to their own M1 chips based on ARM architecture. In my use I haven't experienced a want or need for an Intel processor in this MBA. I have recommended to friends and family.

New college laptop

She is very excited about the laptop and it works wonderfully. The light up keyboard, battery life, weight, and overall appearance is wonderful. With the sale that Best Buy had you can’t go wrong with the price and I definitely suggest buying the AppleCare as an insurance policy.

The new Macbook is super fast and gets the job done! Great value for the price. The battery life lasts several hours while in use.

It's fast. Battery life is decent. I just wish Apple would have added , at a minimum 1 more USB port.
