    It came completely wrapped, looked brand new, no cracks or scratches. It’s perfect. Everything works great, I recommend purchasing. (the grease marks are from me it didn’t come like that)

    The staff were very helpful. I was in and out quickly. I could have used a little more instruction but I can always call if I get stumped. Overall very good experience.

    The issue I have is not being able to screen share on both my monitors. I purchased a display link but I would recommend (if you have the M1 chip) just spend the extra $100-200 and simplify your life. Everything else is GREAT!
