Very Fast, keyboard is excellent, battery life is better than any previous MacBook. Screen resolution and color are superb.

Our salesperson, named Patrick was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He offered us multiple options to purchase the MacBook Pro from other stores Open Box and took the time to look up the other options. He showed consideration for our needs. It was back to school time and the store was low on options, but he managed to find us an affordable option via opening a Best Buy credit account. He has management in his future. Just an all around pleasant buying experience.

I love that it’s easy and it links to my phone. Was worried I wouldn’t like the switch from dell to apple but it’s awesome !
