Amazing laptop!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a almost perfect laptop for most people. Good screen, fast processor, thin and light, won’t burn your skin, and long battery life. Price is also right whenI got it. For others it’s those who don’t like macOS.

From MacBook Air to MacBook Pro
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went from a MacBook Air 2012 to this MacBook Pro 2020. Been using this for almost a month now. I’m a graduate student and I could honestly say that this is the best purchase that I have done for school. With the touch bar, doing assignments on Word seems more quicker with all of the shortcuts on there. I am big a fan of the Touch Bar, at first I didn’t care for it but I wanted something with more power and space since school is very demanding with programs to instal and numerous notes and assignments to save — ended up falling in love with the Touch Bar. No fan noise, which I also like. My old MacBook Air would be very loud in class which was quite embarrassing sometimes. Some apps on my iPad run just as quickly on the MacBook Pro while I am taking notes, an absolute game changer while in graduate school. The keyboard I thought would be a major change for me also, but it’s quite comfortable to type on; no complaints here.

One month in and I love it!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far everything works smooth and fast and everything loads soooo nice. I replaced my old gaming pc for this since I no longer had a need for a gaming pc and it was sthe best decision ever. I make music with my mac book and I haven't experienced any problems or lag. I stream for hours movies and tv. I do computer work and soon i'll test it out how well it works for video editing, photo editing and graphic designing. So far it seems to be perfect for everything and the big plus is that it's portable so yeah and if you catch it in time during a sale best buy usually has like I did, it will be worth the price!!! Also the Battery life is amazing so far. careful with the display as it is easy to dirty with coughing, pet hair and dust, dirt or whatever when using it traveling or even working from home. it can be a pest to clean since you have to be gentle but other then that it's worth the buy for work

||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome machine! Another great Apple product. For my child’s schooling. Lightweight, durable, powerful, long battery life, vivid display. Last MacBook lasted quite a while for my child, so I expect this one to last for the remainder of high school and college.

MacBook
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this laptop. It lasted me for about 2 years, however, recently the caps button has stopped lighting up although it still works. I also have found myself running out of storage. I would recommend getting a laptop with more memory, however, this laptop is amazing!

Great Buy!! Worth the $
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far one of the best laptops Apple has made, it is lighting fast, wakes up as soon as you open it and it’s ready to go. The difference between this one is that it has a fan whereas the MacBook Air does not. All other features are the same as the previous model which I own as well, except the battery life is a little bit better on this one!!

Finally light at the end of the tunnel...
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a shame it took Apple so long to design the M1 chip because it would've saved me years of agony with the Intel chips. Intel and Microsoft together have slowed the technological progress by at least 20 years in their respective domains. Even on the most minute task the Intel would go into an overdrive and turn into a heating element belonging into the kitchens rather than on your desk.M1 quitness alone is worth 5 stars because everything else is still the Apple I'm used to. Although I like the Touch Bar I'm trying not to get attached since Apple already discontinued it after a single generation. Looks as if the Apple fans are not that sophisticated after all.Even if the pundits may prove to be right that this M1 series will not have the longevity of the older models its still worth the price of admission

2015 MacBook Air to this
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from an old 2015 MacBook Air 128gb, this was a GREAT upgrade. You can definitely feel the speed of the M1 and the advantages of it over previous processors. Having the capability also to add ipad/iPhone apps to the lineup is GREAT as the macbook apps are stale, limited, or overpriced. I also definitely needed the extra SSD space. After numerous photos taken from my trips to South Korea and my few months stay in Malaysia, I quickly ran out of space on the SSD. External SSD drives through the old USB ports on the 2015 model just took too long to transfer and backup photos and files. Along with the speed you get GREAT battery life thanks to the M1 processor handling of resources. I constantly had to find an outlet to chain myself to with the old MacBook Air. With the MacBook Pro M1 I feel I could easily last long flights without ever needing to charge it.

M1!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got it but already love it. Have a mid 2014 MacBook Pro and never had a problem so decided to stick with Mac. Same great build quality, Touch Bar is a nice upgrade, M1 is powerful and the battery life is awesome. Running a bunch of stuff simultaneously with only 8GB RAM

Best decision ever
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been a WINDOWS girl since 93. I finally made the switch after my HP took a crap on me right before school started. I’m glad I did. No complaints. Just takes a bit getting use to. Definitely different then Windows. Just like any other Apple device, set up was easy and flawless. Had iPhone for years so not a complete stranger to Apple products. Brother has the 2015 model, still kicking. Only upgraded to the PRO because he needed more RAM memory for work to run bigger programs off of otherwise he’d still be using his old MacBook Air! Also second friend had told me as well she had her air that got her out of high school through her associates degree, bachelors degree, and a couple years through her nursing career before she ran out of RAM and needed to upgrade. Definitely seems to last longer than any windows computer I’ve ever owned! Fingers crossed

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my daughter for her to use when she goes to college. She absolutely loves it. It is light weight and just the right size to fit in her backpack. I have even been using it to do some photo shop and it works really well for that too.
