Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was time for an upgrade over my 2016 MacBook so I demoed this version which has the M1 chip. I then compared it to the one with the i5 chip. Night and day difference! So happy that I went with this one because of the sheer processing power alone. I also don’t want to upgrade again anytime soon. Could not believe it was that big of a difference! I would highly recommend this MacBook Pro!

Touch Bar is cool but it is USB C

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The touch bar is cool and the speed is fast, but this new Macbook Pro comes with a USB C port instead of a normal USB port, and it doesn't have a CD player as the old Macbook Pro does. I had to buy a USB C to USB Adaptor.

But I am a lifetime supporter of Apple products because when you have a MAC-you mean business. Now that I have purchased this MacBook Pro, I am working on my books, producing music, and officially moving my business from play-play to payday. I recommended this MacBook Pro for a professional person that wants to take the craft seriously.

Awesome MacBook upgrade!

The Touch Bar takes a little getting used to, but the size weight and the new keyboard is just awesome! I came from a 2015 MacBook Pro that had all of the old ports and I was a little worried about making the switch to the USB-C and the new keyboard… But so far it has been just fantastic and I’ve had no regrets! The battery is fantastic and lasts all day!
