I was hesitant about purchasing a device with so little reviews on the new processor, but months later it is serving me well. Super fast, stays charged for days- great buy.

Best Laptop

I'll never go back to Chromebook. 5 stars all around. Great display, easy to use keyboard and trackpad. Speakers also sound great for a laptop. And then there's the M1 chip...all I can say is WOW! At the sale price ..and even not at..this is a no brainer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What's not to love? BIG SUR

My only qualm is theIOS system Big Sur. There aren't many apps that are compatible with it and I'm not comprehending the point. Why would Apple make a latest model that needs serious updating to be on par with it's older models? Now I know why I got this $1399 laptop for only $999, it was most likely returned due to Big Sur. It was an open Box Excellent Condition (basically brand new) and purchased during the Memorial holiday weekend, therefore I am very thankful and decided to keep it. I have an iphone so whatever I am unable to do on the Macbook I will do on my phone. Overall it's good...just a lil short of great.

great for school

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the fact that you can skip YouTube ads with the Touch Bar is a 5 stars. keep in mind this isn't a crazy gaming laptop so stream games are limited. downside is that it only has 2 type c connectors so you'll end up buying usb HDMI adapters. other than that its great I only use this for school and some gaming here and there.
