Great Daily Driver!! You can't go wrong!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put off buying the new MBP M1 13.3 for months, and now I'm sorry I did! ))) I thought coming from a late 2015 15" MBP that the smaller display size would be impossible to adjust to, but in less than a couple weeks it now seems totally normal and just as functional. And the same with the Touch Bar. I know people either love it hate it, and I had my reservations, but now I'm totally at home using it and wonder how I got by without it for so long. Needless to say, Apple Silicon is fast, smooth and works flawlessly. Touch ID is a nice bonus and the display is magnificent! I specifically bought the MBP M1 vs. the MB Air M1 for the brighter display, and I can say it was the right decision! And let's not forget about portability. This is a laptop and it lives up to the name. My MBP 15" now feels like a monster compared to the 13.3" and it's hard to believe I used to carry it with me almost everywhere. Being a photographer and graphic designer, I do miss having a built in SD card reader and wish there was at least one more USB-C port, but all in all this is a great machine! If you're on the fence, jump off and grab one of these now. The forthcoming 14" and 16" models look like they will be significantly more expense (if you believe all the leaks and YouTube hype), and with the global supply chain issues, who knows when they will actually be avaliable and in what quantities? Cheers!

Amazing laptop
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been an avid PC user for gaming, picture and video editing, and work. This is my first MacBook, so the there was a bit of a learning curve with figuring out the OS and shortcuts. However, I'm not new to the Apple ecosystem, as I've owned multiple iPhones, iPads, and iPods, so I have a general understanding of how Apple products work. I decided the try this out for the new M1 chip and I'm very impressed with it's performance. It was able to handle editing videos with color grading, stabilization, and subject tracking with out any issues. Plus the render times were pretty quick. My PC rig has an older i7, RTX2070 XC ultra, and 24gb ram. I felt like the MacBook Pro with the M1 chip handled everything a little better than my PC. I was a little concerned about the cooling capabilities, but I have yet to experience any cooling or throttling issues. I mainly use this as a mobile workstation when I'm not at home or work. The small lightweight design allows it to fit in just about any sling bag, backpack, or messenger bag that I have and bring it with me on the go. The battery life is amazing as well. I believe since the first day that I've used it, I may have only really needed to charge it a handful of times. It would be nice if the screen was a little bigger, but nothing a second monitor can't fix.

Battery duration is amazing!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the laptop for a little over a month and so far it has been doing great. I bought it for editing photographs on lightroom and it is amazing. I had to upgrade from a chromebook. The comparison is drastic but I feel like it can be useful for so much. Definitely recommend for students. I wish I would had bought one like this back in college. The battery doesn't run out, it lasts for days. I don't normally shut it down I have it on sleep mode and it lasts up to 4 days. I use it everyday to check emails and to edit photos so maybe 2 hours a day and it runs smoothly. When I purchased the laptop it included 6months of free apple music which was pretty cool. The volume is pretty good and the brightness on the screen adjusts depending on the lighting in the room. All these features amaze me because my other laptop was like 8 years old so this is a big deal for me. HAHA. The size and weight is great too. Light not too heavy but definitely don't recommend kids using it. The movement when opening the screen seems to me like if it's grabbed too roughly it won't last long. I bought a case and sleeve since I have a 4 year old but just a reminder that it is thin and protection is key. Hope this is helpful.

MacBook fan for life
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my MacBook. This laptop has completely exceeded my expectations. I work on a windows computer at work and it is so slow compared to my MacBook. I will always be an apple user for life. The battery life is incredible and it’s a lightweight laptop so it makes traveling a lot easier.

Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my MacBook Pro 13.3" Laptop. It is light, easy to use, and I find it to be very friendly in looks and layout. I know that much has been said about the Touch Bar and some negative, but I like it. The screen is perfect size and totally portable anywhere. The battery holds a nice long charge. Very happy with it.

Love It!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this laptop. I don’t have to charge it everyday, because the battery is wonderful. I like the Touch Bar. It’s intuitive and customizable. The speed of the computer is very good. I like the M1 chip. Unlocking the computer with your finger is much easier than having to type a code. Thank you Apple!

Get Macbook Pro
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the new MacBook! The battery really does last throughout the day and it is pretty fast when I’m online. The way Apple designed the layout and apps, it is super organized and simple. The laptop is also light, unless you put a case on, then it would be a bit heavy. Overall, I recommend this MacBook Pro!

Fits out lives completely!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’ve enjoyed using this MacBook Pro! Easy to travel with and very lightweight. I was initially concerned about the screen size because it’s smaller than my previous one, but it’s been perfect. The sound quality is great for streaming movies and listening to music. I use it for personal and work purposes and I have a great experience each time. It holds the charge well and best of all, and the running sounds are quite.

Tried and True
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from a 13" 2015 MB Pro and although it was still functioning well, it was only a matter of time before I needed to upgrade do to software incompatibility. I purchased this around the holidays and got $150 off the MSRP. I have the M1 iPad Pro and I love the processing power of the M1 chip. So naturally that's what I wanted in my new MacBook. I did consider the MB Air decided to stick with the Pro due to familiarity and the Touch Bar. I have the entry level specs. I find myself on this thing more than my iPad now lol. The battery is amazing as well on this Pro. I'll charged it one day and it will lay around a few days without use while I'm at work and still have a decent amount of charge left on it. Even with use the battery is great as well. I enjoy the Touch Bar even though it wasn't hit with the creatives. Another nice product from apple as always.

M1 Chip is a huge upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My only complaint is the fact that I wish the screen was slightly larger since the M1 chip laptop does not come in the larger size yet. However, I plan on purchasing a monitor soon. Keep in mind that for now, this model will only connect to one monitor for now (no dual monitor setup.) The usb-c only ports took a while to get used to, since one is used for charging and that only leaves one port available. If you need more, make sure you pick up an adapter as well. I switched to a bluetooth mouse, so I don't have this issue. Overall, this MacBook is a huge upgrade. I had a 2010 model that was clunky, the battery life was horrible, and the fans were constantly working in overdrive. Anyway, this model works very quickly (the M1 chip is great) and I love the touch bar. My favorite thing is how long the batter lasts. I can go days without charging. I haven't had this laptop for long, but so far, I couldn't be happier!

The M1 chip is out of this world!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was tied between getting this computer and the windows surface pro. I looked at numerous YouTube videos comparing the two and even shared a poll among my Facebook friends. I was totally indecisive so I went to the store and asked associate what was his opinion and he steered me in this direction. I’m so glad I listened to him. I needed this computer for school and even some light photo editing as I’m a photographer. It was the best decision. The computer is fast, light, and true to color. Also the battery life is amazing. I go days without needing to recharge. My old dell laptop literally would die in less than 2 hours of use. I can’t imagine returning to windows. I just wish I had more memory. I’ll probably pass this one down to my son and buy another with more storage soon.

Great Upgrade (Coming From a 2017 Macbook Air)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using a 2017 Macbook Air for the past several years and wanted to upgrade a few generations. This is the first Mac computer I bought brand new so it was a splurge even buying it on sale but I use it daily and plan to keep it for years. The biggest points of upgrade for me coming from a 2017 Air is the retina display which looks amazing compared to any non-HD display. Of course the new M1 chipset provides plenty of speed for everything i need to ... and this is most notable with video editing in iMovie. I get zero lag editing 4k clips where my Macbook Air was barely able to function with anything higher than 1080p ... huge improvement. I do also like the finger print reader for passwords/user names etc ... pretty nifty. Biggest gripe is like most people: there are only two USB 3 ports ... no HDMI out, no "old style" USB, no micro SD slot ... but i knew that when buying the computer. You can get a multi port adapter for $15-20 that have everything you need for that, but still ... it's a negative for a computer at this price point. I do miss the Mag safe charging cord too which is rumored to be coming back in the next Pro models. On the super "nit-picky" side, the edge to edge glass with black frame makes it almost impossible to open and close the lid without getting finger prints all over it. All in all i do love this machine though, and the display alone was worth the upgrade since i stare at it every day of my life pretty much. Go get one.

This computer is amazing
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer was my daily driver for over two years and I got a consistent 2-3 day battery life out of it. I had zero performance issues. The only reason I'm not still using it is that I upgraded to an M2 with more storage and RAM.
