    After about 6 months of use, the battery lasts for an hour, or so. This was supposed to be a brand new product... Don't buy from best buy, buy from Apple directly. I recommend this product, but make sure you buy it from a reliable source instead...

    I hate it. I spent many hours talking to Apple Support to learn how to use it. Very different from my previous Apple laptop. Have called apple support 3 times for my latest problem that still doesn't work. Not compatible with Firefox or DuckDuckGo.

    computer is fine, but it took 4 weeks to get to use it. Apple thought I was a bad person out to screw up the cloud, and would not give me an Apple ID password. When I sought help from Apple support, they kept extending the time I would have to wait to get one. this because they could not or would not find my password from my old MacBook Pro.

    Stopped working conveniently right after the warranty ended. There’s no reason why a $2000 computer should stop working after one year. Apple said it was a sensor that went out and will be $600 to fix.
