Very happy with this computer. Great change from old Macs, procesorworks very well. The screen is very sharp, noticeably better than other laptops.

Contrary to many reviews, I’ll be honest with some more nuanced use cases- this device, along with Apple Silicon devices in general, are not completely ready for prime time. Yes, it can be extremely fast (if running applications with optimized code for ARM architecture), but when it comes to running code optimized for Intel devices (which the vast majority of applications are), this Mac’s reputation quickly becomes less than stellar. Rosetta 2 is not all Apple touted it to be. Virtualization is also not great on Apple Silicon devices as well. Most users won’t really notice too much, but there are a lot of “pro” use cases that makes this MacBook Pro not as good as it truly should be. Also, paying this amount of money, you would expect to be able to have a laptop with at least 32GB of RAM or more, but that’s not the case here. This MacBook Pro does have an excellent display though, and it’s nice that Apple finally listened to users and reduced the amount of “dongle hell” that we Mac users have to experience (still no USB-A ports though).

LOVE!! Hadn’t needed a new MacBook Pro in about 8 years, but finally upgraded as my old one was becoming slow and glitchy. Very happy with the new laptop and haven’t had an issues.

I used my old computer for more than 10 years and I have decided that it's time for a new computer. I chose the Macbook Pro for its design and power.

This is my 2nd MacBook Pro and you can notice the speed difference from my older one. I do miss the Touch Bar though. Great laptop.

I bought this for myself for Christmas. I love it. It is super fast and smaller than my older Apple Mac. Just the right choice. You will not be disappointed.

Finally upgraded my MacBook air which is just fine. Gave to my my technically inclined son that just loves Laptops or anything electronic. He has hp pavilion but upgraded to a beast Hp spectre. I almost got the same as him. But I’m just THAT APPLE fan. I love everything apple. Way it works functions. Etc. loving the upgrade. Huge difference. So fast. I have learned more in 24 hours with this than I did in years with my air. I do love my iPad pro. But the air wasn’t enough. This is!!

This is my first MacBook with an M chip. I was between the MacBook Air and the M2 13". But read reviews and decided to get this one. I am pleased with the performance of this. I also appreciate how Best Buy sent this with UPS with the need for someone to be locally present and provide a signature. I would not have liked my new baby to lie on the steps outside the building... I also got the open box geek certified to get a few extra $$ of discount and would do it again.

I purchased this laptop after seeing a lot of reviews and besides the learning curve coming from windows it’s very nice. I like the integration with all of the Apple products that I have.

The speed upgrade alone on this is worth it. I have less memory in this MacBook Pro than my last one, and this one is still faster and runs the programs better. My one complaint so far is the glitches that the operating system has. Sometimes the Finder locks up and has to be forceably restarted, and there are some other minor glitches with the system software. However, I am sure Apple will solve them with updates fairly soon. Definitely worth it to upgrade if you need a powerhouse computer for things like graphic design, video editing, and so much more.

Best laptop I have ever owned. Fast, quiet, and stays relatively cool. The 14" form factor is the perfect size.
