My last Macbook Pro is still going (2015 model) however it was time to take advantage of Best Buy sale. Boy, am I ever glad that happened. This unit has the 512/1TB set up and is lightning fast, that old keyboard (which I replaced twice) is nothing like the new one. Pleasure to type on!

Apple really listened to it's power users and finally delivered a reasonably priced M1 Pro laptop. The magsafe power port, HDMI and SD card interfaces have all returned. It's also pleasing that this base model machine comes with 16GB of RAM and an 1TB SSD. This machine chews through pretty much everything I've thrown at it. Recommend.

Apple MacBook pros are great. I was happy to get an open box at a little cheaper price

I upgraded from the 13.3 intel-based MacBook Pro to the M1 and oh boy what a difference. The laptop is very fast. The screen is just gorgeous. The keyboard is good. The only downside for me is that I do miss the touchbar, yes, I might be the only person who misses this, but I actually liked it.

I absolutely love this laptop. It’s perfect for me. At first I struggled a bit with moving the mouse but now it’s perfect. Fast, has a lot of storage. Sound quality is amazing. I’m beyond happy with my purchase. The battery life is great as well. I’ve charged it only a handful of times in the month I’ve had it

It’s been almost 7 months since I started using it and it has been working great ever since, but the battery drains really fast. Other than that I don’t find any issues.

Since my old laptop is a couple year old now, I thought of purchasing a replacement; for whatever reason, this always seems to occur at the end of the year. Anyway, I can't pass up on this deal from Best Buy, so I bought one and is happy with the purchase.

I think this MacBook has taken the pros of the last few years and added back some features that I have missed. I appreciate having ports back. I think the elimination of the touch bar was a great choice. I did not enjoy accidentally touching it all the time. The speakers are phenomenal on this laptop.
