Great laptop, but glitchy

Sounds like a firmware/software issue so only took one start because it should be perfect.

Certified, but not unlocked

I purchased it online for my daughter but it was NOT unlocked. So had to go through a whole rigamarole with Apple to get her access to it since they figured it was stolen. (Had to make a trip to Apple store with proof of purchase and identity). Not happy, especially since this was touted as 'Certified'. Not sure what that means anymore at Best Buy.
