I purchased this computer some time ago certified refurbished by the Geek Squad. It has worked flawlessly. It really has helped with my work load and getting things done without having to be in the office. I know Apple has come out with newer versions but this one works so well I see no need to replace it. The amount of memory is excellent. I have never seen it use "swap" memory which can damage the SSD if relied upon too much. Battery life is excellent also.

Best computer Ive owned from Apple. Coming from a decade of iMacs. First laptop. Powerful, fast, no circling beachball. Well worth the investment for the next 5 years

Loving it. I used the same laptop for a month before actully buying it and then i was sure that i am going to get it. Use case: By profession, I am dev, usually was (is) using ubuntu (thinkpad) and switching to mac was fun as my most of the apps work seemslessly like ubuntu and i don't think, i had such smooth sync between my mobile and laptop before. In terms of speed, it's great 16Gb is enough of me for daily tasks. I use docker, vscode, storm, chrome, brave, safari, vpn, few chat apps almost all the time and it works wonderful.

This purchase was an item for school. I have not yet had the opportunity to use it for that purpose, but the laptop is very fast and responsive to the actions I have used it for. I hope to use it for web design and video editing in the future. I am an avid IPad user and would hope to see a detachable touchscreen or the ability to swivel the device to create an IPad experience for creators who also draw or create artistic content with the Apple Pencil.

I needed more RAM and storage than my 2020 M1 MacBook Pro had on offer. Decided to take the jump to the 14 MBP. Initially I was concerned that it wouldn't feel like much of an upgrade (other than RAM and storage). However, thus far everything about it has been a big jump up including: -multiple monitor support -the best non-gaming screen available in a laptop -keyboard feels much better -the best speakers I've ever heard in a laptop -noticeably faster even in productivity tasks

I'll admit that I'm somewhat of an Apple fanboy. My first Mac was a 2010 Mac mini, and between now and then I've had two 15" Retina MacBook Pros. I absolutely love Macs and think they're worth every penny. Eventually my last MacBook Pro became a little too big and heavy for me to carry around, so I made the plunge and bought this super machine. Boy am I glad I did! This laptop is honestly one of the most remarkable pieces of technology I've ever used. The battery life is astounding, the performance out of this world, and it just looks sleek and unassuming. Nobody, and I mean nobody would even begin to guess just by looking at it how fast this computer is. It handles 2 monitors plus it's own screen for 10+ hours a day at work and is so light and portable. Apple really knocked it out of the park with this one. If you're on the fence, I strongly suggest you pick one of these up. You will not have a single regret.

I'm a software developer, I usually skip Macs because Apple cut corners with their discontinued Intel based Macs for the last 10 years. I needed needed an Mac with an M1 Pro for a project and it's been fantastic, no complaints, it's my on the go machine. Do get a 1TB drive or the Mac will be "slow", wait for an M3 if interested in next generation gaming. 32 GB memory required for next gen gaming on an M3 Mac. I recommend an M2 pro Mac Mini 16GB/1TB and he is happy as a clam, super responsive and good for last generation games.

The absolute best MacBook I have owned. Light, powerful, and the screen is an upgrade from my M1 MBA.

Great computer! my first Mac computer, I originally had an HP Spectra 360 which I had to replace. When I looked for features like a fingerprint reader exceptional display and battery life, a lit keyboard, and a quiet running laptop. This MacBook Pro 14" is quick boot and always ready to go when I am. When I travel I can depend on the battery life, it runs quietly and performs well.

Outstanding machine. Purchased in open box condition. It's screaming fast, can have everything I own open and 100 internet tabs with zero lag. I like the fingerprint logon because it is fast and flawless--unless my finger is wet.

This laptop has a good balance between weight , battery and performance. It sounds really good too.

This is not my first Apple product, but it is my first MacBook. I've always had windows, but decided to give this a try. There is definitely a learning curve, but nothing major. So far I love it! It has a nice display, the speakers are great, it is quick, and the battery lasts me for days (not a power user). Some of the laptops I've had in the past have had subpar displays so this is refreshing. I usually keep my laptops a good 4+ years so I have high expectations for this one. One thing I have notice is, while this does have fans, I never hear or feel them. My previous HP came on constantly, and would always be hot. I wound up buying a cooling stand for it which made it somewhat of a pain to use. Time will tell whether I have made a good choice or not, but so far I think I'm good and have no regrets with this purchase. The only downside of course is the price, definitely look for a sale if your in the market.

I love this laptop. I've owned it for nearly 3 years and it's great. It gets me through work each day, it's sturdy and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first time buying an Apple laptop, and I am very happy with it. The battery life is amazing! So far, I only need to charge about every other day, and I am on the computer for most of the day. The speed is also very fast. I am very impressed with the screen quality and the sound from the speakers. I would recommend this computer to anyone.
