This is more a review of product than it is Best buy. 14" M1 Pro 10 core is one of the best Macs you can buy (any of the pro series M chips really) but the 14" is the sweet spot between portability and power.

Great performance and quality is what makes this laptop so special. Expensive, yes. But worth the price and performance and build quality. Don’t forget you’re also paying for the software that is always updated and enhance.

Love this laptop so much as a software engineer its so fast for all my projects. Doesn't slow down when having intellij open on multiple windows and vscode! Truly a great fast laptop.

This is the computer Apple should have released when it made the change five years ago. This is faster than my custom built desktop and portable of course. Blows away anything you throw at it, lightroom, 8K timelapses, rendering, this thing is screaming fast. I was worried 16gb wouldnt be enough but with the lpddr5 controller it is screaming fast. In almost a week of pretty signifcant use the fans have only come on a couple times. Best computer I’ve ever owned.

Simply put: incredible. Cuts 4K footage like BUTTER. Color in Resolve, cut in Premiere with absolute ease. ProRes, BRAW, all delicious for this monster. Was considering the Max, but the Pro absolutely slays it.

After almost 7yrs, it was time to update my 13" Macbook Pro. Getting 7yrs out of any electronic product speaks volumes to the build quality and longevity of Apple products. The new Pro 14 is wicked fast, and rock solid so far.

Best computer I've ever gotten, fast can only imagine getting a M3 or whatever they come out with.

Very solid construction (as always) and fast performance. It's subtle redesign but it works. I miss the Touch Bar a little bit, but the tactile feeling of having the keys back on the top row works just fine as well.

I have resisted Apple products all my life. I have also been wrong all of my life. This Mac Book is amazing!!! So much simpler to navigate and sync with other stuff. I will be switching from android to apple also. Seamless and less complicated.

Fast and stable. 14" is perfect portable workstation for photo, graphic/art, audio daw, and video editing. Running multiple graphics programs with ease, quiet and runs cool.

Very impressive computer. Runs Adobe programs and files without hesitation and the screen is brilliant. Battery life is very good. A lot better than the Mac Air I was using.

Upgraded from a 2015 MacBook Pro and they've made so many good changes! I really didn't want to lose MagSafe so I'm glad that this computer comes with it and even though I went from 13" to 14" - it really feels like a MUCH bigger and brighter screen.

Bought this for work as I’m a full time photographer. Color grading is great, display is nice and crisp, lots of storage, and always easy to use.

Almost gave up on MacBook Pros — the MBP I had before buying the one in this review was the USB-C that had the Touch Bar and that horrible flawed keyboard — and I hated it. Was hopeful when the M1 chip was introduced but wanted to wait until the next version, as Apple needs a generation after big changes to iron out the problems. I bought this from BestBuy because Apple wouldn’t do discounts on this laptop, so it was cheaper at BestBuy. It’s fast, quiet, it’s great to have MagSafe back. I went with a smaller screen to help make it better for on the go, which I’m still adjusting to, but overall it’s a great laptop and a return to form for Apple.

The M1 MacBook Pro is a game-changer. It's fast, efficient, and the design is sleek and modern. it was time to upgrade from my 2015 15 inch MacBook Pro. I am a videographer and music producer so this is perfect for my on the go needs when away from my desktop workstation. I'm happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new laptop. The M1 chip is insanely fast and the battery life is incredible. I'm excited to put this into my ecosystem of work & play and see how it contributes to my overall productivity. 10/10, would buy again!

Awesome speed. Runs cool. I haven’t heard the fan turn on yet. Battery life is excellent. A huge difference between this and my 15 inch 2018. Like the old school ports, thickness, and aesthetic appeal. Charges with usb c or included mag safe with 96 watt power adapter. Display and promotion are phenomenal. Went with the laptop and studio display vs studio Mac because of hybrid telework schedule. Can take this out of town and work from anywhere. Work docked when at home.

I Would never consider any another Laptop. To me Apple is the only way to go. The 16 inch MacBook is fantastic and easy to use. Actually I’m never disappointed with any Apple products I’ve ever purchased

Machine is everything it’s cracked up to be. Fantastic computer. LOVE the 14” for portability, when I’m at my desk I plug into 4k monitor anyway. Excellent purchase.

This'd my 1st apple MacBook Pro, love it much easier to use than a windows device. Go to you tube to learn how to use it. I purchased a book but found you tube was best to learn from. One thing you have to find your model.
