Coming from a user that has had macbooks generation after generationg including the original m1 with the touch bar I can confidently say this 14 inch m1 pro feels and performs like no other. It is smoother and a lot quicker whether browsing the internet or exporting video and photo. Beautiful laptop inside and out

I received my MacBook Pro two weeks ago and am totally blow away. I had been using a 2015 15in MacBook Pro. This thing is a rocket. Long battery life, ease of and I love the Touch ID. I saved $400 with the sale price. It is all good.

To date I haven't nearly brought the Mac to its full potential but so far it's great. Very fast and easy to use. Best Buy was the only place in my area that had it with the options I wanted immediately. If any qualms I wish maybe I should of gotten the slightly larger monitor but 14" does the job.

Okay so the 1st gen Apple silicon was amazing and a game changer in itself. The second gen M1 Pro is just unbelievable! This is several steps up from anything I have ever used, and I have some pretty high performance Intel i9 machines at my disposal. This thing is my go to for anything from creation to consumption. The display and speakers are just amazing! Apple did such a good job with the Mini-LED's, it is VERY close to OLED status in a pitch black room watching dark content. The performance is also outstanding. I know Apple computers were never made with gaming in mind, and granted some games are tough to get running, but the ones that are still natively supported through Rosetta 2, just play flawlessly at insane speeds. Borderlands 2 for example just works, and I have the game maxed out at native resolution (3024x1964!) and the game runs well over 80fps. The M1 Max must be even crazier! I can't wait for proper Windows ARM support to get some new bootcamp on these! It already runs Windows 11 thru parallels better than any actual windows machine I have seen. Way to go Apple, I can't wait to see what's next!

Absolutely wonderful laptop. I am a professional 3D artist and this has been my daily for 2 months now. I only need to charge it every other day. Everything has just *worked* without a fight.

This is a really great computer. It does the things I mess it to do.

Better and faster than the previous gen 13” and 15” MacBook Pro. With the ventilation vents and improved hardware there are no heating issues. The battery life is amazing. SD car slots and magnetic charger mean you don’t need dongles to connect common accessories! New keyboard is excellent too.
