No power cable provided (150 dollars) for my open-box used one, and Bestbuy didn't say that on the website. Besides the sticker label is so stupid ugly and so difficult to remove it!

Gave this laptop to my daughter for Christmas heading to college she loves this laptop claims it’s a lot faster than the Mac book air purchased and screen image looks a lot crisper and vibrant. Best Christmas gift ever.

Picked it up 1 day after ordering - very quick service. It was very easy to replicate my old macbook on this one and it has a great screen and keyboard. Fast and flawless.

Absolutely love my macbook pro! This is a personal / work computer and let me tell you guys, it does both so well. Switching between profiles, all the software I use, it never fails me. Battery life could be a bit better but 15/10.

The new M1 Pro chips are plenty fast for most photo and video processing. Battery life is great and the notch is not even an issue for most apps!

This is a very good computer but my company is a Microsoft shop and it would have been easier for me to go that direction.

Everything about this MacBook is great. The screen is fantastic, battery life is great. Was a bit concerned about the M1 chip over Intel, but everything works either natively or through Rosetta.

Amazing product. Been a while since I got a new Mac. Glad I waited as long as I did. I was a bit worried 16gb wouldn't be enought but this new tech really does power through and utilizes the memory well. I'd say it's closer to a 32gb.. it's not quite as bright as I was expecting but still better then most other screens . Would have been nice to have 1 oh usb port . I men if your gonna add all the ports back might as well... Now I need a dongle for not even older devices . Kinda dumb.. and the notch of man.. why... Found a hand app that lets you expand the menu bar below. Workaround but it works. Still giving 5 stars as it really shines and the quality of the build just feel luxury!

Amazing speed and screen clarity. Blows away my early-2015 MacBook Pro. Lightning quick, light, thin, and quiet! This should serve me extremely well for many years.

Bought to replace an old (2011) laptop that was too old to be upgraded. Considerably faster and has lots of drive space.

The MacBook Pro is perfect for general use, as well as training relatively large machine learning models, developing software, etc. while being light enough to carry around and use while traveling.

Apple GREAT! BestBuy now Questionable in policies!!! It is an Apple product and it is the newest top of the line so I LOVE my MacBook Pro 14”. However, I chose and use Best Buy because of deals and “Normally, REWARD POINTS!” Best Buy NO LONGER gives points in Mmmmm on Any Apple Products. Where is the logic here? They sale the product and make money off of it. But NO REWARDS? Seems cheap and deceptive at best! I am highly frustrated and disappointed because I passed on a Better deal with more stuff through Apple. Buyer Beware bestBuy is Not the Best with anything Apple!!!

Kids love the MacBook! Love the terms for paying for the products as well. Apple is $$ and great to have 0 percent financing!

I had very high hopes for this version, but I still feel that it can be better. Has connectivity issues sometimes, which can be frustrating. Overall a great quality laptop from Apple, but as usual overpriced.

My MacBook Pro is great and the price was ok. My problem is with Best Buy account and trying to get my password reset. Help from customer service couldn't even help and so my account is locked and that sucks.
