Wait Was Worth It.

Wasn't sure I trusted the M1 chip since it was so. new. But, having made the plunge, I conclude that this is a great machine. I wanted/needed the addition memory which is great to have but the new M1 chip makes a huge difference. Flawless performance so far. Even tho a tad bit pricey, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

The Macbook Pro is finally Pro again

The screen and speaker quality are amazing. I am glad to finally have an HDMI port without an adapter again. I have connected it to my monitor and it performed well after enabling screen mirroring. I would suggest this to anyone doing creative work.

Love this 14 inches.

This is the first time that I use 14 inches and I love it. It is the best for travel and has the right size to do work on the go. One thing I notice is that when I play music with the Spotify app, it will have some noise issue from time to time. This not happed with YouTube, music. Not sure what is the caused of this issue.

Barely made it to sophmore year for college student before the infamous horizontal black bar appears on the display to ruin it. $580 independent repair. God knows how much the genius bar would've costed. Not worth the $2300 retail price but what choice do you have if you're entrenched in the Apple ecosystem?
