dont buy computers from Best Buy

I bought this computer with Best Buy and I bought total tech and apple care with the computer because it's so expensive and I need it for work. Best Buy cancelled my apple care and Best Buy tech without my permission. my one year old computer is dead and I can't fix it.I can't work and I can't fix it because someone canceled my AppleCare and didn't tell me. this company is horrible. Dont trust Best Buy. I did and I regret it.
