everything works great until keyboard gets sticky. blame the butterfly design.

So far I have loved this laptop. It is taking a little getting used to from having HP products. I do love the size.

I bought this on sale! Totally recommended. This machine is incredible. A must have tool for video and photography editing.

This model is physically quite a bit chunkier/heavier than the previous model. Otherwise the M1 chip and ports are great but it still doesn't include a USB port. I am having some issues with the trackpad not tracking/clicking. The battery does last a whole lot longer than previous models but not as long as the 16'' version it seems.

An outstanding and fast laptop; I replaced my 10-year old Apple MacBook Pro with this new machine. Wow! Speed is amazing!

I upgraded from a 2013 pro, let me tell you what a BIG difference this makes. It's much faster, everything about this computer is awesome

I purchased the 14" macbook m1 pro. While it is a beast of a machine, I compared it to the most recent Macbook Air M1. Unless you are using Adobe Premier for video editing, I couldn't find anything that the Air can't do that the Pro can. The Pro does have more ports including the HDMI port and the SD card slot which are cool, but a very inexpensive dongle can give the Air these same capabilities. The M1 chip is absolutely revolutionary and made the Air far more powerful as any Intel Macbook Pro that has existed up until this point. Even if you are doing video editing using Final Cut, the M1 Air is more than sufficient, and lighter, and more portable, and without an internal fan. Seriously, if you are doing anything other than using Adobe Premier, the Air seems to be a much better bang for your buck. I returned the 14" Pro and picked up the Air and haven't regretted it even for a second.

Excellent battery life Excellent thermal management. I have never felt that it got hot and never heard fan turn on. Webcam Is great too.

Display is top quality, super fast and reliable. Jumped from a Macbook Air to this one. Literally best upgrade.

This MacBook brought me back to iOS from windows. Happy with the purchase. I like the 14” over larger version.

I got this open box excellent certified MacBook Pro which guarantees that it would be professionally cleaned. However, when we opened the box, the laptop was dirty, smudges on the screen and dust on the laptop body. On top of that, the device wasn’t erased properly, whoever tried to erase the Mac back to factory settings, deleted the macOS software erasing all the data so i had to waste an hour or so with apple customer service to install the macOS and start it as a brand new device. Very happy with the product, totally unsatisfied with Bestbuy service
