I was very pleasantly surprised that my salesman, Bryan, who is probably underpaid, was not only knowledgable about the product details, but extremely courteous and efficient, he guided me through various options and arranged for same day delivery of my unit. I would come again if he were my salesperson, because he seems trustworthy, and tried to give me solid info as opposed to trying to sell me something. Give that by a raise.

Love this laptop! Apple M1 Pro chip is fast, great graphics, nice size for lap, and very user friendly.

I returned my original MacBook Pro 14 inch due to some issues. I kept getting the rainbow wheel or Beachball whatever you wanna call it, even doing simple tasks. My original computer was the MacBook Pro 14 inch with the eight core CPU and 14 core GPU with 512 gigs of storage. Not sure if something happened during transportation but it seem like that one was pretty slow. I was able to upgrade to the 14 inch one terabyte model with 10 core CPU and 16 core GPU seems to run a lot better. That was the one I originally wanted to buy but I thought the cheaper one would be better. I guess it’s better to always stick with what you wanted in the first place. If you can afford the extra $500 for the extra CPU and GPU cores and 1 TB I would go that route over the standard $1999 model. I was able to get an additional $250 off due to the sale that Best Buy was having at that time.
