MacBook Purchase

Maybe the best part of the purchase process had to do with working with the Geek Squad sales person . He seemed to understand my questions fully and helped tremendously to find the right solution. We gave him an A + as we left the store. Great product, great process.

Not Worth the Money; Poor Battery Life

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ever since the M1 MacBook Pro came out I knew that I would want to get the 14" when it came out because it would probably be exactly what I need. I would then give my 13" to a family member. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I don't see many performance gains with the M1 Pro and battery life has been awful. It was not worth spending the $2000 for a couple of extra ports and a hideous notch. The thickness and added weight are less than desirable too, but would have been manageable if the battery life was actually any good. I've returned this laptop and will keep using my 13" M1 MacBook Pro.
